  1. It would be helpful to have a report that will show us the scholarships we offer that require an essay and/or open response component. Not all scholarships we offer have this requirement, and we would like to identify the scholarships that do.

  2. We would like to create a custom letter that exports all the grant data for an organization in a fiscal year - similar to a donation report for funds.

    We are looking at ways to reduce the administrative burden on our grantee partners and one of the things we are looking at is reporting.

    Currently in GLM we require our grant recipient organizations to complete a report for every single grant they receive. As some organizations receive over 10 general purposes grants a fiscal year, they have to complete 10 individual reports. To try and relieve this burden, we would…

  3. When deleting a grant, have a message appear about making sure you want to delete the grant. I've deleted numerous grants on accident and having an extra step would be helpful to prevent this.

  4. When building a custom report, it would be very useful to be able to report on fields from multiple objects at once. Systems I have used with this capability approached it by starting with a primary object selection (donations for example) and then once you add the unique field for another object (profile id of the donor for example), your list of fields would expand to show all of the fields associated with that new object. Event just the ability to expand into 2 objects would solve a lot of cases where we currently need to pull multiple reports into…

  5. Ability to assign specific campaign permissions? I Create all campaigns, but there are specific staff that manage rsvps for their events. Is there a way to limit access to only apply rsvps to that specific campaign? thanks

  6. It would be helpful for tasks associated with an opportunity to be marked complete or in some way removed from open tasks when the opportunity has been closed. Presently, the tasks stay active, which requires another step to close an opportunity.

  9. Please add an option in the Fund Statement Format to roll up subfunds into a master fund statement without rolling the financials together.

    Many fund holders would still like a breakdown for each of their funds but don't want to look at a bunch of separate statements, instead, it would be great if it all lived in a single PDF/document.

    I could see this working similarly to how financials views work in fund statements, if not adding on an additional foreach that allows each sub-fund to generate its own group.

  10. It would be nice if when opening a new fund you could go ahead and create the spendable balance as a recurring annual grant. We don't have just one specific fund group where all the beneficiaries automatically receive the spendable amount. If not possible, is there a way to pull a report of just the funds that are to automatically generate the spendable grant once a year?

  11. I am in a strategic process here at the Foundation thinking through further ways to engage fundholders and we would like to pursue using the “Fund Open Date” data to acknowledge anniversaries.

    Currently, reporting will allow "Fund Open Date" field to be pulled by Month (regardless of year) but Relative date options are tied to year and will not produce a whole list.

    I’m able to pull the report and work in excel, but wanted to work with y’all if there might be a non-external way to do this entirely on the CSuite system.

    Desired improvement would be a functionality…

  12. It would be great to have Giving Hub customizations (radio buttons for instance), which can be linked to parts of the donation approval/recording process on the Finance side of the transaction.

    For instance, a radio button for Endowed/Spendable that allows donors desiring for a donation to be flowed through to their Spendable balance, which is linked to the Spendable checkbox in the transaction record.

    An option to split the donation between Endowed and Spendable would be great too.

  14. We've had users ask us to add a date next to the fund balance in their portal with the option to view past monthly fund balances, possibly in graph form. This would allow users to view the balance of every month and see the direction things are headed. Also giving the option to filter by dates. Showing them the trend of their fund, especially through visuals, could be a nice touch.

  15. Can you add the "exclude from RevShare" tick box as an option for bulk editing funds? We want to bulk edit all of our legacy funds to exclude them from revshare and have to do it one by one currently.

  16. Donation report --- please add the ability to sort donations by date within the donation report screen. The most recent donations are at the bottom, and I often have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the report to find recent donations. Please add the feature to the date column so we can switch that view with one click to see most recent donations at the top.

  17. Can we incorporate the 30 cent transaction fee into the calculation when a donor chooses to cover the processing fee? We get a lot of questions as to why an amount of $99.70 was deposited, for example, and when we explain that the donor covered the fee, but there was an additional fee not covered, it just creates unnecessary confusion and time out of our day to explain. Seems like a simple adjustment.

  18. For checks/grants/vouchers/deposits/donations/documents and more, each has its own way of listing all the related items. Either 20 items per page or hundreds of items on one page. If there are 20 items per page, I have to advance it every 2 or so pages until I find the item I need and it could be years ago so this is very time consuming. There needs to be consistency and a search field within to search all pages without having to go page by page or be able to view all items or 50 items or 250 items.

  19. When you are in the Tributes page, you can search a name and it will show who the person to notify is behind the searched name.

    Ex. Jane Doe [Doe, John] (public)

    It would be nice if the same kind of populated search would show when entering a donation. I find if there are two different notifications, I have to go into the Tributes page and look to see which I need to choose. AND if they would be labeled the exact same (Example: "Jane Doe" and "Jane Doe" vs "Jane Doe" and "Dr. Jane Doe" I have no idea…

  20. It would be helpful to have a total populate when reconciling Stripe donations in the Till, similar to the checks. When processing numerous Stripe donations on different days, it can be difficult to ensure that all boxes are checked.
