  2. We have some donor advisors who have endowed funds and want 100/50/etc% of their annual distribution to go to the same organization each year. Currently they can only set an amount for a recurring grant recommendation, but since their fund is subject to a spending policy their spendable balance amount varies year after year. Setting a percentage vs. an amount would be helpful.

  3. Most of the donations they receive come in as checks. Would like to be able to set a default payment type that will autofill check as the payment type, unless they change it to something else.

  4. It would be nice if the GLM status showed in CSuite the same way the CSuite status shows in GLM. This would keep from bouncing back and forth between applications.

  5. It would be helpful to have the ability to import payments, similar to how we can import invoices in bulk. Our foundation processes a monthly batch of pre-authorized debits, and currently we have to manually enter each payment and apply it to the related outstanding invoices. It would save time if there were a .csv upload option for payment records.

  6. Home - Pledges/Promises - Filter Reports.

    Please add to the list of available filters, pledge campaign since this is a field that is on the pledge. This would help when needing to see a list of pledges & outstanding balances for a specific campaign. This report is the best report for reviewing outstanding balances of pledges & this data point would make it even more useful.

  7. Some of our funds have several fund advisors. Some of these fund advisors do not want and/or need statements. It would be helpful to have a statement option at the fund advisor level to suppress statements or indicate "No Statements". Currently, the checkbox for statements is at the fund level. At the fund advisor level, the only selections available for statement type is paper, online, or email. Can we get an option to suppress statements at the fund advisor level or a statement type that states "no statements"?

  9. The Donation 'Display' permission allows a user to click [sent] [clear] in the Tax Receipt field enabling them to 'edit' the record. This should not be allowed when the user group only has 'Display' permission.

  12. Please populate the donation advisor automatically when a grant advisor is chosen manually for interfund grants. Currently you have to go into the donation portion of the interfund grant to add the donation advisor if you manually entered a grant advisor. Thank you!

When creating a grant, I need the option to set which grant letter I want during the creation of the grant instead of entering the information, then saving, then having to go back and edit the grant to set the grant letter. I usually end up forgetting to set the letter. My way would save a few steps in the process.

  14. When listing open pledges at the top of the Donation page, the Fund Name should be included with the other information. This would be especially helpful if a donor has more than one open pledge and/or if a donor is making a gift to a fund other than the one(s) they have open pledges for.

The integration of Raisely to Foundant would be very useful for campaigns held externally, highlighting the automatic recording for donation details (donor contact information, donation amounts, and Stripe fees) could be directly populated and tied a specific fund. Similar to how Stripe donations and its donor details are automatically fed through Foundant, rather than having to import a list.
    Currently, Funraisin’s integration can only import a donation list and cannot auto/bulk populate donor profiles unless they are individually and manually added and this is very time-consuming when met with extreme amounts of donations.

    The spendable balance of a fund should display (unless $-0-, this is feedback we are going to update in the next few months). There is a setting on a fund to hide spendable. Is that enabled? It is in Portal Options>Portal Settings.

  17. Make the grant notification email something we can edit, or at least edit the subject line. Some of our donors get confused by the "Request Confirmation" subject line and feel like they have to respond to the email. Something like "Grant Requests Received" would be more helpful.

  18. Creating fund advisors is clunky and inefficient. Send Login email does not function. Please make Login Info tab able to edit. Please create an easier way to create fund advisors.

  19. Hello, we receive pledges for sponsorships, of which, the bulk is charitable. No problem linking the pledge tot he charitable portion. However, we cannot seem to find an easy way to link a non-charitable portion of the pledge (for instance if tickets come with a sponsorship). Is there any way to do this? If not, can you consider it for the future?

  20. It would be wonderful if you could see completed tasks when on a profile. When I pull up a donor profile, I need to see what/when their last point of contact was. For example, if we mailed a personal note, made a phone call, sent an email. Very helpful information especially when a donor says, we haven't heard from you this year!
