  1. Change wording from "Link Profile" to "Link Profile/Add Org Role" or something similar it's too confusing as currently worded. Or, combine all those various functions together in one location. I keep going to "Edit Org Roles" when I want to create a new Org Role to a different organization.

  2. Hi,

    Preparing profiles for screening through iWave or WealthEngine (both platforms that provide donor intelligence solutions to help organizations identify potential donors and optimize their fundraising strategies) typically takes about a month.

    Why does it take that long? The software requires detailed information for both individuals in a household to be listed in the same row. This includes:

    -First name, middle name, last name, nickname, and prefix

    -Business details

    -Phone numbers (home, mobile, and business)

    -Email addresses

  3. I would like to have more options for recurring donation cadence, or for it to be user-configurable. For example, I would like to add twice per month (to align with donors who are paid twice a month) and semi-annually (ie: 2 times a year) as options.

With the launch of the new Fundraising campaigns, I would love for it to give the capability to export a script code for a widget that would allow some of our fundholders to fundraise on their own websites. We work with a variety of donors that have existing websites and would like the option of a widget to live on their site.

  5. CSuite has a Profile Email, Address, Phone ID unique to each value on a profile. These ID's, which are required to bulk update the values, are only exposed in the Profile Email, Address, Phone reports. These reports are not useful because they have no other attributes (Prim, Inactive, etc.). Please expose these fields on the Profiles Custom Report to allow for better filtering for bulk update actions.

  6. Report on all notes in the system and be able to see the profile associated with the note, whether the note is directly on the profile or the note is on an opportunity with a profile as the primary opp profile.

It would be great if you could create a task for grant reports that are due and link them to the grant report due, assigned to the individual responsible for collecting and reviewing the reports. That way there would be an easy spot to see any overdue reports and follow up with grantees without having to track in an external location.

  11. The shopping cart radio button for Individual or Organization is leading to regular confusion/misinformation as we sell tickets for our fundraiser. It defaults to Individual so naturally people fill that out, but many of our donors are making payments on behalf of their businesses/organizations. Then we have to manually go in and change the donation from the person's name to the business/organization name as the donor. It would be nice to very clearly capture whether the Organization or the Individual is the actual donor and capture the appropriate corresponding information in the cart, to avoid all the manual fixes in…

  12. In Portal Options> Portal Settings allow the settings to be more granular. For example, allow 'profile updates' to be set only on profiles with 'Student' designation.

  14. Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies. An alert would create an opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our fund advisors. It would be great if the alert can be sent via email to the foundation’s key relationship managers.   16. Many donors recommend the same grants from their DAFs every year. I'd like to be able to copy grants that have been made before and have the custom fields carry over into the new copied grant instead of having to fill them all out again.

  17. We’d really like to suggest adding the option to customize the color scheme in Csuite. This idea has been mentioned here before but was archived. Many commonly used platforms now offer some level of visual customization, so adding this feature would bring Csuite more in line with user expectations. It is a small change that users would likely appreciate.

    Even just a few preset themes or the ability to use an organization’s branding colors would make the platform feel more modern and visually appealing. The current interface is very neutral, and adding some color options would help make the experience…

When you submit a support request ticket, you receive an email reply with the ticket number, but it would be very helpful if a copy of the request or a brief description of the request was included in this email. If you have submitted more than one support ticket, it is hard to tell what number goes to what request.

  19. We noticed the new feature you added for using Campaigns in fundraising—it's a great addition and works well for efforts like the annual appeal or other targeted campaigns. It would be even more exciting and engaging if a goal thermometer could update in real time as gifts are received. That visual element could really help boost motivation and momentum!

  20. We'd like to have the ability to mark a couple of note types as sticky ones. This would allow the finance related notes such as those concerning fund agreements or investments pinned at the top for better visibility.
    Currently, many fundraisers are adding notes from the profiles selecting the fund name. As a result, finance notes are getting pushes down, making harder for the team to locate critical information quickly.
