  1. When entering vouchers and searching for a vendor it would be great if inactive vendors did not populate in the drop down while you are typing. If they are inactive they shouldn't be having vouchers charged against them anyways. It would be nice if they also showed at the bottom of the regular search bar instead of mixed in with everything else.

  2. It would be nice to include an "Item Date" for tax receipts in the foreach item section. Currently, if you wish to include the date of an item/donation for a tax receipt in a table, a SET-REF condition needs to be used within the template.

  4. With the new ability to create a "promote end date" for a promoted fund (awesome!!) it would be great to be able to report on those. Our public-facing fund descriptions often change after a period of promotion, and it would be great if we could easily find funds whose promotion has expired so that we can adjust the fund summary.

  5. Hello,
    We have a need to pull donations for certain subsets of profiles, which we achieve by running profile reports and filtering. However, we need to pull donation reports for these. Which would be simple if we have the option to upload IDs (as you do for other reports) and then be able to run a donation report on that uploaded list.

  6. Would it be possible to have an additional data field in Profiles for Social Media? Putting an organization's FB page in "website" doesn't feel right...and we often have both a website AND a social media page that we would like to keep track.

    The social media page could also be included in the Nonprofit Directory GivingHub (or whatever that's called).

  7. Have the log show the name, ID and date whenever a profile is deleted. Our admin needs an audit trail of all MAC (move, add, change) activities in the log.

  8. The Allow Grant Request Notes gives us the option for fund advisors to put special instructions in as a note. However, when processing in bulk there is no clear way for the grants administrator to see that there are special instructions on that grant. They would also need to scroll all the way to the bottom to see this in the individual grant. So we have this feature turned off. We would like to turn it on, but we want to make sure that it is clear to our users in the back end that there is a special request…

  9. I would like in a donation report to pull the campaign field. This way we could have a much more detailed donation report or group donations by campaign. Because we would like to see donations that came in because of a campaign and ones not from the campaign in one report. Right now there isn't a way to do this without using the external API and building it in PowerBI.

  10. It would be nice to batch update the award date and payment date in the scholarship tab of c-suites when they come over from SLM. As it is now, we have to change each scholarship award date and payment date individually.

  13. Currently, when setting up a campaign, the date that shows in the event registration first page to add tickets shows the end date of the event. However, the time that displays is the start time of the event, making this very confusing and doesn't align with the information being entered for the fields showing on the ticketing page. Suggestion is to fix the date showing noted as START DATE to align with the START TIME. The next screen that allows selecting the number of tickets should then reflect the END DATE and END TIME for ticket sales.

  15. Please add this option to the grants area menu, between "Edit Decision Date" and "Set Grant Type" (see attached image for reference).

    Why This Matters:
    From an accounting perspective, the grant date drives when the expense is posted to the GL. However, grants are scheduled for payment on a future date.. not the same date as a grant date. Currently, we have manually edit the payment date grant when it is created grant by grant. There is not an option to enter a payment date when a grant is created.

  16. One Big Beautiful Bill includes a new above-the-line charitable deduction for non-itemizers that goes into effect 1/1/26 which specifically excludes DAFs. Between now and then, we need Foundant to offer a solution for noting which funds are DAFs in the Giving Hub, so donors know whether their gift is actually going to be tax deductible for them. Possibly "Group" and/or "Donor Advised Y/N" could become visible.

    NOTE: This is a customer service issue that will impact ALL Foundant clients that sponsor DAFs and use the Giving Hub.

  17. Currently fund advisors can edit the date and number of cycles of recurring grants through the portal, but not the amount, which is the most common change fund advisors make to recurring grants. Thus the amount should be made editable.

  18. When validating addresses in CSuite with the USPS validation, please spell out the entire city name as preferred by the post office (see screenshot below) instead of abbreviating city names that are 13 or more characters.

  20. It would be helpful if the Fund Statement Review Email Body email would allow for one email to be sent to a fund advisor letting them know that multiple fund statements are ready instead of an email for each individual fund statement. We have some donors that are fund advisors to several funds so will receive multiple emails. It would be efficient to have this information all in one email.
