  2. I would be helpful that after a donation is reviewed the system does not move to the next donation that needs review. For us it causes the reviewer to go back to that donor if they have multiple donations to review.

  3. When the nonprofit designation is activated on a profile, or any designation, add that action to the profile's LOG so it can be captured and reported on.

  4. Currently, the Nonprofit Directory in CSuite allows only a single website link to be displayed for each nonprofit. Many nonprofits have a variety of online presences beyond their main website—such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube—which are important touchpoints for donors and community members.

    We would like the ability to:

    1. Enter multiple links for each nonprofit on the administrative side.

    2. Label each link with the platform it corresponds to (e.g., Website, Facebook, Instagram).

    3. Display recognizable social media icons next to each link on the public-facing directory.

  5. We appreciate the options for new data visualizations. However, the ability to send reports externally from internal data on a recurring basis for any user is concerning. We need to be able to restrict this based on staff who have the awareness of what should or shouldn't be shared externally without review. Can permissions be added for this?

    Internal data needs to remain internal with no ability to unintentionally leak it externally.

  6. Would be nice to setup a default "theme" with colors/fonts/etc. that could be applied to all dashboard (for example, if time is taken to align the theme with organization brand)

  7. Have the ability to change the way the global search bar/other search bars pull up data. example: right now the global search bar alphabetizes by last name, then prefix, then first name. Would like to be able to switch that order to Last name then first name.

  8. The paid invoices bucket has the oldest invoice at the top rather than the most recent. Please resort this bucket so newest invoices are at the top when you open the paid invoices bucket.

  9. Are you able to add an "Attach File" option to Bulk Actions in Custom Reports? We are trying to attach a file in bulk to our agency funds that are using a particular investment strategy, but there is no easy way to do that! We know you can use "Attach File" under Accounts, as well as under "Fund Groups" but it does not give you the option to filter on those lists for specific investment strategies. Thank you!

  16. Please give the 'Fund Profiles' table on the Relationships Tab the ability to be sorted by column. Currently it automatically sorts by profile name, however, when there are 5-7 profiles linked to a fund with multiple categories of links, certain information can be hard to read.

    I would like to be able to sort by category. Thank you.

  17. We'd like the ability to limit profile access based on profile designations. For example, if a profile has the Vendor designation activated, only certain staff should be able to edit the profile. Right now there is only 1 set of profile permissions that isn't dependent on the designations.

  18. We would like the profile-fund link feature to function more like profile to profile linking and org role feature, with the ability to add start/end dates, mark the link as active, and have a record of historical links.

    We are utilizing profile-fund linking to track folks who participate on committees for specific scholarship funds. It would be very useful to have a record of who has participated in the past and when folks began participating.

  19. Recently a donor opened a new fund in honor of someone's 90th birthday. They asked that we hold notifying the honoree until after their birthday so it would be a surprise about the new fund.

    Unfortunately there wasn't a way to stop a donor from automatically sending the email. I would like an option to edit/approve these email messages rather than them automatically sending.

  20. Quickly sell public securities in CommunitySuite without realized gains/losses, fees applied. "Sell all" or checkbox list option when selling. Public Securities comprise the majority of gifts received. RBC typically does not record the realized gains/losses, fees until month end statements are produced for the investment accounts.
