  1. Collapse account & fund filters on filtered/saved financial reports

    It would be nice to be able to collapse filters on the financial reports. Instead of listing all of the accounts or funds could there be a way to collapse those filters? We need to print this, and if the filters could be collapsed or not show on every first page when you print it from CSuite.... that would be helpful. I don't think the filters need repeated on every page... only the title of the reports.

  3. Grant request notification for staff - add more data to email

    Currently when an advisor requests a grant we have four staff members who receive the notification email about the request. However, the email only includes the advisor name in the notification. Is it possible to have the notification include the grantee and amount that is being requested?

  6. Option to Remove Fund Group Headers from Promoted Funds List on Online Donation Portal

    Currently our promoted funds list has to be organized by fund group; however, many donors aren't familiar with the different types of funds, so it would be great if the fund group headers could be removed and the funds could be sorted in any order we determine. Thanks for considering!

  7. It would be helpful to be able to view if after creating an AP voucher, you have actually attached a voucher or supporting document.

    It would be very helpful to be able to view if a voucher has an attachment, i.e. an invoice or supporting document). Sometimes we process many vouchers and trying to make sure you have attached a document can be time consuming. This is especially true when you use the import method of uploading many vouchers. I can imagine this is helpful to the person creating the vouchers, but also to the reviewers. Thanks.

  10. Campaign Credit card fees

    Ability to link (preferably automatically) the credit card fees associated with a campaign ticket purchase to the campaign on the statement of activities.

    This would provide more complete financial data related to a specific campaign/event

  11. Grouping Non-Till Transactions for Deposit

    Please consider providing a way to group non-till transactions when depositing to bank. It is sometimes financially prudent for our foundation to use a 3rd party payment processor other than Stripe for an event, and so we may have hundreds of donations processed and then transferred in groups to our bank account. Without a way to group accordingly in C-Suite, we must reconcile the bank statement with thousands of individual deposit entries.

  12. Merge Opportunities

    Opportunities should be able to be merged together, if they are each linked to the same profile record. The inability to manage this makes cleanup of sloppy data impossible. An alternative would be to be able to archive 'bad' or duplicate Opportunities - much in the same way Campaigns can be Archived (hidden).

  13. Custom Reports: Multiple Filters

    When I run custom reports I sometimes would like to apply a filter that covers multiple items. For example, a Zip Code filter that shows multiple zip codes or a fund filter that includes several funds. Unfortunately, the Custom Reporting does not include the same multi-select feature as Filter reports.

    I don't know the backend setup that makes these different, but it is odd that I cannot do the same function in both report types. Unfortunately, filter reports have the multi-filter function but limit the fields I can filter on/include.

  14. fund statements

    We recently migrated to CSuite and ran our first quarterly fund statements. We discovered that fund statements for any new funds we set up after the first day in that quarter did not auto-generate. Foundant confirmed that fact. So, if we set up a new fund on Apr 15 and ran fund statements for the Apr-Jun quarter, it did not auto-generate a statement. We had to identify those new funds and manually generate individual fund statements. Can this be corrected?

  15. Enable HTML in Fund Advisor Email Log in content

    I could have sworn that HTML was previously enabled in email content entered through the System Data area, however, we noticed recently that our email links were not working in those emails. I contacted support and was told that those fields were not HTML friendly. Would love if they could be!

  17. bulk grant complete

    For the bulk grant complete process, there currently isn't an option to allow a filtered report to be marked complete using the bulk process. Suggest having a filter for the reconciled check date and an option to bulk complete a filtered report.

  18. Change "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to Default Email Reply To

    We are continuing to have problems with Fund Advisors telling us that they are not receiving system-generated emails from us. We believe this is because the name and the email address do not match. That is, our organization's name is in the sender name but the domain in the email address is fcsuite.com.

    Has there been any discussion to investigate the possibility of changing "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to what is entered in the "Default Email Reply To" setting in Systems Data?

    We believe this would pass more smoothly through spam filters.

  19. Add Profile Fund Category to Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report

    Can you add the Profile Fund Categories to the Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report? We establish tab settings based on the profile fund category.

    We have been unable to find any other report that combines the tabs with the profile fund categories, fund advisors and fund information.

  20. Fund Summary Report

    This is a very clean helpful report. Only thing I would suggest is a column for # of funds CY and LY. This is truly the primary dashboard I was hoping to see in Google Studios, but its here now! If additional consideration is given to this report, allowing users to filter this by the main four tables (group, subgroup, division, segment) would be helpful.
