  3. When you search in the general search box, add "(Closed)" after the fund name. This was a previously implemented idea but I'd love to see a tweak to it - can you change the "(Closed)" to RED letters? I love that it's there but still often click on the wrong fund because it doesn't catch your attention

  5. Show Tribute Type in the Tribute Search. There are often Honor/Memorial tributes for the same Tribute Name - CSuite requires the type to be defined.

  6. Please have the Fundraising Campaign list in the Donation tab of the Giving Hub, or provide a way to sort campaigns in the events tab so that it is easy to distinguish between an event and a donation. It is confusing, and people think they are looking at event tickets.

  8. Currently, the donation_letter template field ({{description}}) includes the donation amount along with any non-deductible items. For Giving Hub Campaign Ticket purchases, the {{description}} text also includes the number of tickets. To improve clarity and grammatical accuracy, especially since most purchases are for a single ticket type, it may be helpful to update the logic to account for singular versus plural cases. For example, receipts could display “1 Ticket” instead of “1 Tickets,” or simply show the quantity without the word “Tickets,” which would avoid incorrect grammar altogether.

It is important to have historical data accurately reflected in our records and currently the importing of historical scholarships does not provide for the automatic creation of the corresponding historical grants and vouchers.  Currently, the creation of new corresponding grants and vouchers after importing new scholarships results in duplicate/erroneous records.  How can we make sure that the import of new scholarships will result in accurate corresponding grant and voucher records?

  10. Working on a Stewardship Report for our development team using a Gift Report and it's been a hassle to identify the Household Steward for Individuals/Advisors. Is there any way we can either have household Steward/advisor household steward fields, or a way to roll up these fields so that we don't have to manually check on their profiles for these fields?

  11. It would be helpful to be able to split accounts by functional expenses. For example, Occupancy accounts may not change allocation year over year, so it would be great to be able to set Occupancy accounts to be, for example, 75% G&A, 25% Program. You have enabled allocations on vouchers, but it appears accounts have to be set up as all or nothing, and that is not overly helpful.

  12. I noticed a suggestion a while back to include $0 funds in the Financials: Fund Balance Report, and I would like to bring that back up. Or else a custom report where you can pull balances as of a certain date, not just the Current Balance. This would be extremely helpful for various reasons.

  14. in some areas of CSuite when you click "Attach File" you are given the option to check a box that says "External", however other areas such as vouchers that check box is not available.
    As a user I would like the option to attach external links in all areas where "files" would be attached, this would allow my team to link to our Sharepoint rather than saving in Sharepoint and in CSuite.

  15. Provide the option to change the name of the button in event registration from ticket to something else in order to customize for organizations. Example we do not use the language of ticket but reservation since we do not physically provide tickets for an event.

  16. Concept Overview: A third portal type (or a distinct configuration mode) that mirrors the affiliate portal's grouping functionality but is purpose-built for the financial advisor relationship.

    Key Features: Fund Grouping
    The financial advisor should be able to organize their clients' funds into logical groupings — by household, family name, client tier, or advisory team. This mirrors the affiliate portal's grouping capability without co-opting the affiliate record type.

    Separate Record Type: Rather than using the Affiliate record, CommunitySuite would introduce a Financial Advisor record (or profile type) in the CRM/contact layer. This keeps the data model clean:

  17. When you look at the Grants within the portal, the grantee column shows the name of the fund to which an internal grant was made. When you export this same data the csv file shows the grantee name as the name of your foundation, which is causing confusion for advisors who are comparing the two. Is it possible to have the grantee be the fund name in the export as well? It would be also be great to be able to customize the fields that are included in the export beyond the default selections.

  19. Currently, if you click "Delete" on a recurring grant, there is no page to say "Are you sure you want to delete this item?". Once deleted, there is no way to find the recurring grant record to add a note.

    We have an internal policy to NOT delete recurring grant records for this reason, and instead max out the occurrence so the record moves to closed/inactive, but we maintain the records.

    I have accidentally hit "Delete" when I am intended to click "Edit", luckily only for recurring grant records where I am trying to close out the request, but one…

  20. VOTE FOR GRANT LETTERS!!! 1 - Allow for the grant type AND grant letter template to be two custom fields on the import template. 2 - Allow the signed letters that are uploaded and saved to C-suite, to be emailed from C-suite.
