  1. An Organization Profile can have individual profiles connected in certain Org Roles (e.g. Treasurer, Development Officer). There is a setting to set a connected individual profile as "Primary" but I understand this is only for reporting. Can that Primary profile also be set as the default grantee contact on grants going to the Org (affecting the email the grant letter is sent to and any applicable merge fields too)? Or maybe having the option to choose from list of Org Role profiles when creating a grant.

  2. We would like to link grants to opportunities. We have some clients where we are managing a few multi-year grant commitments. These are not through GLM but through a separate agreement. We'd like to use opportunity tasks to collaborate on these, list the beneficiary profiles, and link the actual grant records. This would allow us the flexibility to utilize opportunities to track the work done for these relationships as these donors trust us to steward these specific grants that would not work as a recurring grant series because there is added complexity.

  4. It would be helpful to have a separate description for a campaign for internal users so that campaign names can have the year in front of them for organization purposes. We wouldn't necessarily want the date to be seen externally if someone is buying a ticket.

  5. Have the ability to change the way the global search bar/other search bars pull up data. example: right now the global search bar alphabetizes by last name, then prefix, then first name. Would like to be able to switch that order to Last name then first name.

  6. Are you able to add an "Attach File" option to Bulk Actions in Custom Reports? We are trying to attach a file in bulk to our agency funds that are using a particular investment strategy, but there is no easy way to do that! We know you can use "Attach File" under Accounts, as well as under "Fund Groups" but it does not give you the option to filter on those lists for specific investment strategies. Thank you!

  8. Quickly sell public securities in CommunitySuite without realized gains/losses, fees applied. "Sell all" or checkbox list option when selling. Public Securities comprise the majority of gifts received. RBC typically does not record the realized gains/losses, fees until month end statements are produced for the investment accounts.

  10. Please add this option to the Journal Entry menu as an action on the left hand task bar. From an accounting perspective, we often use the "Import" function for Journal Entries each month as all information is compiled in an external Excel/CSV file and formatted after completion to import and save time. These imports split into dozens of journal entries separated by fund. Currently, we have to manually go into each individual entry and attach the same Excel workbook for documentation entry by entry.

    A bulk "Attach File" option would save significant time and make repetitive tasks much more efficient.

  11. Please provide a setting to toggle on/off to share the recurring donation details with fund advisors.

    Example: A fund advisor wants to see if donations to their capital campaign fund are recurring. Right now, this information is not accessible through the portal.

    Knowing whether it is a one-time gift versus a recurring gift is something we should be able to easily share with fund advisors!

  12. When printing labels for paper fund statements, please change them so they print in the order that the fund statement prints instead of alphabetical order by the fund advisor's name.

  13. We are collecting information in a Notes Field on an event which is working when a patron fills it out online. but we have no way to add this note when entering a ticket manually or if a note needs to be updated. Please make this field available in the back office.

  14. Can we add multiple approvers to a Voucher, with dollar limits? Vouchers over $1,000 or $5,000 require two approvals? Can we direct which approver needs to be notified based on the dollar amount? This would eliminate the need for paper/electronic forms to be signed for each voucher.

  17. Is there any way you can program the system to generate the actual age of a donor? Our organization runs reports, lists, mailing labels, etc. by age groups from Raiser's Edge/Blackbaud. Having this system give us the current age would be extremely helpful. Otherwise, we have to export the report into an excel file and add a formula to show the persons current age which is time consuming.

  18. Request: Add the ability to customize the subject line of the Donation Notify Email.

    Clear, tailored subject lines are essential for fund holders to immediately recognize the purpose and source of the email. As it stands, the default subject line is vague and can appear suspicious or irrelevant. Allowing subject line customization would improve clarity, trust, and overall communication when donations are made to a fund holder's fund.

  19. We are an Education Foundation supporting our local K12 public schools. Our grants are directly to the District, to individual teachers, or to higher ed institutions. The Charity Check feature presents difficulties. We need a bulk action to set "No Charity Status Check" or a system wide option to "Disable Charity Check" as these features do not serve our present situation.

  20. Currently, donation receipts show in list before posted for receipts. If they only appeared after posted, it would reduce the potential error in sending out a donation receipt too early, but allow for a placeholder to be made.
