donation
Please change back the donation page. Why would you put the Reference, Task, Files, Notes in the middle and have additional information below that when that is more important. Is there ever communication with your customers to see if this is what they like or want?

pledges
It would be helpful if we could add a pledge directly from the profile page. When working in the Pledges section, we often see multiple profiles with similar names, and it doesn’t display the associated contact. Adding pledges from the profile would reduce confusion and make the process more efficient.
Or add contact name in pledges.

recurring donation option
Option to turn off recurring donations by fund. There are times we would prefer not to have donations committed past certain dates for certain funds. Would there be any way to turn off recurring donations by fund

Portal: Please give the ability to remove CITY and PROVINCE from Search for Grantees
It would be helpful, if the 2 fields, CITY and PROVINCE were removed from Search for Grantees on the Portal when donors are requesting a grant, or if it was possible to hide those 2 fields. Many times, the donors put an incorrect city or province and then cannot find the grantee they are searching for. This happens quite often.

Make Service Area dropdown multiselect
Currently Grant Service Area, Profile Service Area, and Fund Service Area are all a dropdown options and a user can only select one option. It would be extremely helpful for reporting and tracking to have these fields as a multiple choice option to improve reporting and tracking

Grant catalog simplicity requests
We just launched a fundraising effort for one grantee via grant catalog. However, on the grant catalog page, we are worried that donors won't know to go to their cart after adding an amount and clicking ADD. We decided to link for marketing purposes to the individual grant request as the process of donating is simpler given it takes you to your cart automatically, but that page doesn't show total funded like it does on the main grant catalog page. We request either an option on the main grant catalog page to allow donors to be taken to their cart…

Tax Class as way to globally remove organizations from portal
I'm not sure where this specific idea fits in terms of a category. We have certain types of tax classes in our system that are not eligible to receive grants from donor-advised funds. We would like a way to globally use this field to remove these grantees from view in the fund advisor portal.

A way to customize fields on the display menus. For example, under Money In/Donations, being able to add the check number and description on the main display. Where ID, Created, Date, Donor, Fund, Type, Amount, be able to see the check number and description fields and perhaps who entered the donation.

Scholarship Coordinator here: looking for ideas and/or potential solutions for calculating “unmet need” more efficiently. We are currently downloading a report for each scholarship fund. We receive about 600 applications each year, so it is very tedious. Currently we use “tables” in Foundant application that calculate applicant’s total financial support. However, then we take the applicant’s SAI number, add/sub to get “updated unmet need” calculation. This is very time-consuming. Does anybody have ideas automation? Or simpler process?

Include Check Numbers on the Bank Reconcile Report Export.
The Bank Reconcile Report is a clean and concise view of the monthly reconciliation. It lists everything needed: Transaction ID / Post Date / Check Number / Description / Check ID / Debit / Credit.
Unfortunately, the Check Numbers are missing from the Export feature and much needed for our monthly data.
Included on attached documentation 1) a screen shot of the Bank Reconcile Report and 2) a spreadsheet of the Export.

I have many applicants that are continuously requesting their balances and want to see what was paid out. It would be most helpful if they could see that from their dashboard. It would be a time savor for all.

Making the Additional Tab required
I think the Additional Notes section needs to be required so that when other information is needed people will put the information there and not be able to check out until it's there.

designated beneficiaries
This has NOT been implemented per previous post:
We have multiple funds that either roll some or all of their spendable back to the principal balance of the SAME FUND each year to grow the fund or for a specified amount of time (until the donors' death for example). Currently, you can not select the SOURCE fund as the BENEFICIARY fund; it has to go to ANOTHER fund. It would be nice to be able to automate these grants annually instead of manually moving money from Spendable to Principal.

Scheduled Reports and Time Ranged Filters
Allow scheduled reports to change the date within the report. For example, if I want to see how many profiles are created weekly, I could schedule the report to go out weekly but would have to manually change the date range of Created T's. Could we have a scheduled report that also modifies time frames that filter the report.

Ability to add a Campain to a Voucher that is already posted
We love that we are able to add a campaign to a voucher. This helps with tracking and reporting events. It would be great if we could add the campaign after the voucher is already posted and the check is already cut.

Add Filter and Export Options for Scholarships in Fund Advisor Portal
When a fund has the Scholarships tab enabled in the Fund Advisor Portal, advisors can click into each scholarship to see detailed information about awarded scholarships.
Unlike the Grants area, which includes both filter and export options, the Scholarships area currently offers neither. This means fund advisors must manually copy and paste the on-screen data into Excel if they want to filter, sort, or analyze scholarship information.
Adding filter and export functionality, similar to what exists in the Grants area, would make it much easier for advisors to review and work with their scholarship award data directly in the portal.

Sort Deposits
My Christmas Wish List Item 1:
We currently have 4 match months going on. It would be awesome if we could sort the recent deposits by fund name. This would help us to ensure that all of our incoming credit card deposits get tagged to a campaign! Thanks!1 vote -
Create a report for removed files "found to contain a virus and no longer accessible"
We had an attached file removed by the system and it was only by chance that it was noticed.
An auto email notifying of removal, or the ability to have on demand or regularly scheduled reports listing removed files so they can be re-uploaded would be useful.

Balance Swaps related to public securit donations
When a public security donation comes in to an investment account for a fund that is associated with a different account, a balance swap recommendation appears as of that donation date. It should not show up until the sale of those securities has been recorded, so the swap amount equals the actual cash in hand rather than the donation value. Without a change, errors can easily occur and create confusion with reconciliation of transactions at the end of the month.

Grant Request Log - Add changes to grantee before grant creation
If an online grant request is submitted and the grantee is changed by a staff member before the grant is created, the log should show us the original information. It only shows the original grantee IF the original was already a profile. If the grantee was manually entered, and a staff member changed the grantee to an existing profile, the original grantee is blank in the log.
Please add a log of all grantee information from the original request (grantee name, address, etc.) if it was entered manually and then the grantee was changed before the grant was created.
