Log for Online Grant Requests Before Creating the Grant
Currently the first log item for an Online Grant Request is once the grant is created. However, the grantee can be changed before the grant is created. If an incorrect change was made to the grantee field, there's no backup of the original Fund Advisor's request. Please have the log show when changes are made to the grantee before the online grant request is created.

I agree that this is a serious control issue. I recently learned of this issue and am very surprised to see that this idea was submitted over 3 years ago and has not yet been addressed.

Can we also include the user name if a staff person is using a proxy login? Currently, it shows that the donor is making the request. There are times when the donor asks us during a meeting to enter the grant but they are not, in fact, entering the grant, a staff person is.

This is a serious control issue. either we need a log that shows the changes or we need to not be able to change the grantee before it's created

This is very helpful to create a complete documentation/log of the Fund Advisor's original Grant Request in case there is a change made by staff we can still have record of the original request. The Grant Request ID should tie it all together.
