We love the outlook integration! We really want to see the integration also allow for note type selection and fund name. We pull reports based on note types to internally report on our stakeholder engagement, so as of right now, we have to log into CSuite anyways to add the note type (which makes the integration less of a tool for success and more of a barrier in its current state).

This helps us tremendously, to see this level of detail about grant requests.
I would welcome this level of control to help fundholders find their grantees. We prefer that we can control which one appears first (Candid or our Foundation), and if one comes up blank (i.e., not in our database), then it defaults to the second option.
Our donors are often confused when they search; one is blank, and the other has data but doesn't automatically route them there.
