  1. Allow Profile Fund link Categories to be edited vs having to delete the Profile Fund link and adding the fund back with the newly desired Category. Example, we are changing 'advisor' to 'primary advisor' or 'secondary advisor' and having to delete the Profile Fund link w/ 'advisor' category and then adding the fund back with the Profile Fund link of 'advisory-primary' or 'advisor-secondary'.

  2. It would be extremely helpful if we could import updates & new items for funds, especially related to our Giving Hub portal. These would include descriptions and images. Manually adding these fields, one by one, is time-consuming, and we’d like to make our Giving Hub experience as rich as possible for our donors. Can an import feature be added for funds?

  3. Our Communications team would like to be able to add photos and fund descriptions but we are very hesitant to give them full fund edit permission. Can you provide a new "Fund Design" permission so that this can be accomplished?

  4. Provide the functionality to be able to either copy a grant approver to another grant approver, mirroring the funds they can approve, or allow for bulk adding of funds to a grant approver based on fund group.

  5. Taking this archived idea back up: It would be great if the fund history page showed the fund balance as of a specific date. This is a great page for our advancement team and with the addition of the balance, everything they want to have at hand when talking with a donor about their fund would be on the same page.

  6. For quick reference it would be nice to see all grants made by a fund on their profile page, similar to a donations on the donors page. Please consider adding a tab to see grant history.

    From the left side menu of the Fund, their is a history option.  From that screen, you can select the Grant amount and get a historical list of all the grants.  There is also an option in reports to display all grants.  Select reports, grants, then the relative date of all.

  7. Log in the system when adding or removing a Fund Beneficiary.

  8. Greater Milwaukee would like a feature to create a new donation and new grant with Fund ID number in addition to Fund Name. We have many funds with the same exact name with no way to differentiate. This could mean money is donated to or granted out of the wrong fund.

  10. The log previously provided more detail on what was actually changed. Now in some areas, it's just showing the CSuite reference ID for the field that was changed. This is extremely confusing to follow. For example, I just changed the subgroup on a fund, and instead of it saying the name of the subgroup, it only has the ID which I would have to research to interpret the log. Previously, as recently as January 2023, when the fund’s subgroup was changed, it included the ID number as well as the name of the subgroup. This change makes it very difficult…

  11. It would be great if the "List " option when you're in a fund profile could be set to show ONLY open funds. Instead, it shows all funds, even the many that have been closed over the years. I would assume most staff using CSuite for day-to-day tasks would utilize the "open" fund list more than the full list!

  12. Some of our funds have fund names that do not indicate the donor name. In the sort key we reference the donor name. However, the sort key is not a searchable reference. We can't leverage the short name because we use our legacy fund ids there and want to continue that system. We would like the sort key to be a searchable term so if we were searching it pulls up the fund wherever we would put a fund name/id.

  14. We want to have a stewardship program based on Fund Milestone Anniversaries - 1rst, 5th, 10th, 15th etc.. Currently the only way to manage is to use an excel spreadsheet to track the upcoming dates. If there was a function that permit this within CSuite, that could be reported on, that'd be great! Ideally, we could report on any fund that has a milestone anniversary year in any given year.

  15. For us the Created date for a fund is the date the fund agreement was signed which is never the same day we are creating the fund in Csuite. This field used to just be a date field and then turned into a date stamp. Now after we create the fund in Csuite we always have to edit the date stamp to be the date the fund agreement was signed. And being a date stamp, we have to be sure to only edit the date and leave the time in the field or the system won't accept it. This field…

  16. When a user is on a Fund and selects History, it will list Total Grants with a dollar amount. We discovered that this total will include unposted grants and clicking the link for the backup list of grants does not include unposted grants. This is confusing and needs to be fixed.

    We'd rather Total Grants under Fund History did not include unposted grants in the total. Or if unposted grants are part of the total, at least include them in the linked report.

  17. When a fund is closed, it would be nice if the fund name would appear in Red on the relationships tab so a quick look can indicate that the fund is closed, rather than having to click the fund to find out it is closed.

  19. Having the Fund Detail Summary is a great addition for the Giving Hub. But what would make it even better if there was a WYSIWYG for that field to easily add links and photos. Having to use HTML coding makes it extremely cumbersome and there are already WYSIWYGs in other CSuite fields.

  20. I would like to be able to adjust the sort order of Funds.

    For example, I would like a fund entitled The University Fund to appear under U instead of under T. Or John and Jane Doe Donor Advised Fund to appear under D instead of J.

    The report that I use most often that I would like sorted this way is the Fund Balance Report in Financials. I cannot figure out a work around to make this happen.
