Add Additional Fields to Grant Request in Portal

Please add additional fields to the Grant Request settings in CS/Portal. We need additional fields to capture the fund advisors' recognition for each grant request.

    I'd love to be able to add the fund ID to what shows up in the grant request for staff processing and their ACH information.

    This is essential for day-to-day grant processing.
