  1. It would be great to export a list of folks that have yet to contribute/donate/buy tickets in a campaign for the purpose of being able to quickly have list to refer to in order to send follow ups etc.

  2. Can you please have the chat box stay up on the screen instead of disappearing each time you have to move to a different tab, it's very annoying to have to restart the chat each time.

  3. In creating a custom report for tasks, we can pull a Profile ID but NOT Profile Name. We are not sure why we cannot pull the Profile Name. Can this please be added.

  4. I would like to see the Fund Template area of System Data show the Fund Statement Format(s) using the template. Additionally, this could help create greater visibility on what Fund Templates and Formats are actually being used on a per/fund basis.

  6. Love the new card view for the Grant Catalog. Would love to have this same view for the Fund Manager portal as well so when a fund advisor logs into their fund portal and clicks the Grant Catalog link, the catalog would be in card style like the donation portal of Fund Listing, Grant Catalog, Events, and Nonprofits since we don't use Stripe.

  7. I would like at least the option to remove the Campaign Category name from the event registration process. We use campaign categories for internal organization and do not want/need them on the public-facing page.

  8. At this time, no fields are available in custom reports. There is a wonderful report built into the grant card groups (just by hitting the export button), but there is no way to recreate this in custom reports for all grant cards together. Instead you have to manually click into each grant card group and export each group to it's own file. This is not a good solution. If the grant card fields can be exported into an excel file from the grant card group, can we please add these to custom reports so that we can actually make use…

  9. Because the Sandbox environment disables all system generated emails, the "Forgot Password" feature does not work (the email is never sent to the user).

    Ideally the sandbox environment would be updated to all ONLY these password reset emails to send. But if that isn't implemented, at the very least the sandbox environment needs to disable to "Reset Password" options, or include additional language and warnings that the password reset will not work.

    Currently our internal staff have to manually reset user passwords AND deal with staff that are attempting to do the right thing by manually resetting their passwords but…

  10. Key performance indicators are difficult to track and manage within CSuite. It would be nice to have it's own tab with some preset fields (most commonly reported fields) and custom fields that we can set our own reporting dates/times/notes etc...
    We are currently using opportunities and then reporting separately for Grant and donation information. Ideally, this tab could have options to show/view total yearly/quartely donation amounts, grant amounts. There's many other items we report on but always have to go to a few different places to see/view what we need to report on.

  11. Add a row to Grants and Grantee profiles that allow us to select Qualified Donee as an option for Organizations/Profiles as qualified donees are eligible to receive grants. Currently, with AJAH turned on and the word "Qualified Donee" in the FedID field, it does not allow us to check or process a grant therefor, we need to keep AJAH off and manually check the charity status for each grant. This may also include bypassing AJAH charity check if Qualified Donee is set.

  13. If I am linking a profile to a household, the merge suggestion in the Engagement tab should automatically be marked as reviewed or however it needs to happen on the backend so that it stops suggesting to merge the household that was just connected to the individual or vise versa.

  14. We would like to be able to print a letter for an internal grant. Currently, when we process a grant from a DAF to another foundation fund, it prompts to choose if we want a tax receipt and then we can select a tax receipt template, but there is no option to print. We understand this isn't a tax receipt, but often need to notify a donor confirmation their grants have been made, even when it is to one of our funds and not an external recipient. It would be nice for the Grant Document to be available to print prior to Approving and Posting the Grant...this would come in handy if the individual that typically signs the grant document will be out when the grant is actually paid. This way the document is signed and ready to be enclosed with the check payment

  16. Allow/Require Donor to choose Grant Type on Fund Advisor Portal in every grant they make.

    Many donors give to orgs that have multiple aspects to their mission. Example - the YMCA provides youth development, housing, food access, climate etc. Currently, C Suite allows for only a default Grant Type (on Grantee record) to be applied to each Grant to that org - which doesn't drill down to the real purpose of the grant.

  18. Journal Entry imports, which allow for a main description and other ones, is only accepting the main description and populating that on each entry in the import. Would be preferred to have a unique description on each entry.

It would be most helpful, on the budget entry screen, if the 3 columns on the left that identify the individual accounts (Type, Account, and the Account Name) remained in view as one scrolls to the right across to different departmental budgets. We run 5 organizations, each with a multitude of active funds, and it's quite difficult to isolate a certain GL for entry within a fund that's a far distance to the right across the funds list.
