Manual Ticket Receipts
I want to be able to send event ticket receipts in bulk if the donations are manually entered. The option to download/print/email the ticket receipt as a pdf could be useful.
When filtering to a Donation Campaign Custom Report, we have the option to print Yearly Tax Receipts, the option to print Event/Campaign specific receipts from the left-hand menu would be AWESOME!

New Admin Fee Type
Could we have an admin fee type that applies a fixed dollar amount across funds based on their asset size? This would be a mixture of the current fixed fee and asset based fee.
For example, we've added a cyber security fee to help cover rising IT and cyber insurance costs. We would love to set the maximum we receive on that fee type at a certain $ amount (i.e., we want to cover $15k in increased insurance costs), and then have that $15k allocated across funds based on asset size. Donor Advisor Portal
Give individual options in the "Show Student Data" in the Donor Advisor Portal Setting. I would like donors to see the student's name, and school they're attending, but no personal information.

For bulk year-end print receipts, print them in order of the report, not random order
The bulk year-end print results process in a random order and there isn't a way to print envelopes in that same random order. Solution suggested by chat was to print envelopes in alpha order and then find them, since they'll at least be easier to find in alpha order, to compile the mailing. Please fix this!

Grant refunds post to spendable option
Please create an option (like the donations checkbox) or change the functionality so grant refunds post back to spendable. Cancellations post back to spendable, but not refunds. They are essentially the same only one has a refund check to deposit to the bank.

check memo for multi payments
Would be nice to have a check memo box available in the edit pay schedule for multi-payments. Going into each payment to edit the check memo is so painful as it's so slow to update.

Show primary email on household in relationships
It would be nice to see, for those profiles in a household with more than one email, which email is Primary when viewing the relationship tab. Right now, to see the Primary email, we have to open the profile to see which one is tagged Primary. It would be nice to see the Primary without opening the profile.

Add Vendor ID to Global Search
Are we correct in understanding that the Global Search does NOT include Vendor IDs? Meaning that if I enter a Vendor ID in the Search field at the top of page, it does not search against the Vendor List. Is there a reason why this is the case?
The Reference ID in a Notes report sometimes includes the vendor ID and we are unable to search for that ID either in the Global Search field or in the Vendor search field.

primary date
I fail to see the value of prim date on an address. If an address is made primary on that date each year, at what point is it made not primary? We have multiple donors/fund holders who vacation or winter somewhere other than their main place of residence. It would be great if there were start and end dates for an address to be primary or when to use that date instead of the primary.

QR Code generated for online tickets sold for fundraising events & check in capabilities
Our world has moved to paperless tickets, it would be awesome when people purchase an online ticket for a fundraising event, they can receive a receipt that has a QR code they can save on their phone and can be scanned at the door when they check-in. Like they have for concerts/ball games. It would be nice if there was a platform then to scan those tickets and the system can record that they are checked in on Csuite. Change "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to Default Email Reply To
We are continuing to have problems with Fund Advisors telling us that they are not receiving system-generated emails from us. We believe this is because the name and the email address do not match. That is, our organization's name is in the sender name but the domain in the email address is fcsuite.com.
Has there been any discussion to investigate the possibility of changing "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to what is entered in the "Default Email Reply To" setting in Systems Data?
We believe this would pass more smoothly through spam filters.

Vendors Paid Report
I think we need the Vendor Paid report back. I know there is a new 1099 Report but this is only for vendors that you have set up to receive 1099s. We have been with CSuite several years and many vendors were set up before I started. The Vouchers report can have the date range I need but it lists every voucher by date order rather than by vendor order. I also need the total paid for this time period instead of each voucher paid this period. I used the old Vendors Paid report to catch those vendors that were…

Deposit List - ability to sort by different column
When I deposit in the till - it would make it MUCH easier if the deposits could be alphabetized by the FUND NAME - because they all get deposited in the same account. When I have a large till, I have to carefully check that right boxes for different deposits.

The newsletter opt-in is a great way to easily add donors to a Mailchimp audience list. It would be nice if a manual sync were not required. An automated sync (which could be part of any campaign) could happen on a nightly (or other schedule), or perhaps after every donation.1 vote -

Grant request notification for staff - add more data to email
Currently when an advisor requests a grant we have four staff members who receive the notification email about the request. However, the email only includes the advisor name in the notification. Is it possible to have the notification include the grantee and amount that is being requested?

We have a donor who just made 33 grants from their DAF, not using the portal. In cases like this where the portal isn't used, we send them an email confirmation of the grant(s) they recommended and then attach a pdf of that email to the grants in case our auditors want to see the grant recommendation confirmation.
We also receive donations from donors who want the payment to be split over multiple funds, so the same issue arises on that side as well of attaching the same documentation to multiple records.
