  1. It would be great if we could have a function called 'Tag to Close Fund' that allows you to tag any fund that needs to be closed and then can be assigned to someone through a task or something comparable.

  2. It would be great to have the ability to freeze the fund names on the left hand "name" column when bulk editing funds. Currently when you scroll to the right you lose the names of the funds you are trying to edit and it's really difficult to complete edits.

  3. "cart" seems tacky, don't you think?? donors aren't buying anything!!
    Make donation now, complete donation, anything would be better.
    Or give us a space to edit in styles.

  4. When a donation is completed online, the Log does not reflect when new contact information is automatically updated on an existing profile. We need to be able to see when a new address is created at the time of checkout to at least give us the opportunity to contact the donor to confirm the new address should be marked primary and the old inactive, when applicable.

  6. It would be nice on the bank reconciliation to show a list of outstanding items with the totals at the bottom of the bank reconciliation, so it's a complete report which will tie into the Balance Sheet.

Add an option so when a fund advisor logs into the donor portal, that our organization can have a question pop up for them to answer (and of course they don't have to respond) but we would use responses to gather data to more targeted communications.   8. Past users sometimes create Opportunity/Note/Task types that are no longer useful to current staff. Please create an option to make those types "Inactive" rather than simply deleting them - we may want to keep the historic data in CSuite, but NOT on the Drop down list. It would help to clean things up and streamline categories.

  9. Hi, I like the recruiting/volunteer options in the opportunity section. Unfortunately, the opportunity access right doesn't give me the option to allow BOT to access only recruiting applicants without seeing the fundraising opportunities. I'll suggest 2 options:
    1-Having access right by the "Opportunity Type"
    2-Move the volunteer and recruiting members options to another tab for more flexibility.
    It will be a great tool for BOT members to add tasks/notes for incoming members before the election.

  10. Ability to link (preferably automatically) the credit card fees associated with a campaign ticket purchase to the campaign on the statement of activities.

    This would provide more complete financial data related to a specific campaign/event

  11. Often when Foundant support is unable to help with a situation due to product limitations, they'll suggest that I submit it to the Idea Lab. I understand that I have a vested interest and want to see the product improve, but sometimes I'm in a state of doing my best to get work completed. I don't always have time to log into the Idea Lab, search to see if the idea is already out there, then, if it's not re-explain my situation in a new Idea Lab post.

  12. Is there a way to keep AP voucher line details in the order I enter them? If I have a large invoice and have entered numerous lines, save and then go back in, everything has changed from the order I entered data. Makes it incredibly hard to double check anything. Why does it change order? It doesn't go by alpha or dollar amount, doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason. Please fix this. Thank you.

  13. We work very hard to get our ticket purchasers to complete their guest information. But when they do and we select "Convert to Guest", the contact information entered on the guest record is NOT copied into the new profile. This is requiring duplicate work. Can we please have CSuite save the contact information from the guest record into the new profile?

  14. We are working with opportunities, but we do not give all ambassadors access to CSuite, so we manage some of our interactions in spreadsheets. It would be wonderful if we could import updates to opportunities. Currently, we can import notes, but no other information. It would be great to be able to import opp tasks as well, so that we can track and report on all activity.

  16. It would be nice to be able to create a Campaign for a free event and the RSVP reflect the number of attendees. It would make it a little easier than having to take the extra step and create a ticket after the RSVP. I completely understand why it's needed for priced Campaigns but just thought removing that extra step for free campaigns would be nice.

  17. We have just completed our annual member invoicing process; I was able to import the invoice details, but had to generate the invoice document one record at a time, and print each invoice individually. Being able to batch process multiple invoice records would be helpful. The process of simply printing the invoices to go to members took multiple hours today versus the few minutes it should take.

  18. Please cut down on the number of clicks required with the "new" bucket setup for the process of printing tax receipts, envelopes, and marking sent. The new system is unreasonably cumbersome for such a basic, daily task.

  19. It would be nice to have the availability to bulk update/import/delete all fields on a record (profile, gift, grant, fund, etc)

    Because of the volume of each of those items in a database it become tedious and tiresome to do some of the most simple and routine task.
