    Hi All,

    Thank you for this feedback. Curious to understand if there are other use case for DocuSign with GLM/SLM rather than Grant Agreements.

    I also assume that when we talk about this integration we would want to be able to generate the DocuSign document with in the system, and then let docusign control all of the emails/reminder, and the final piece would be that signed document is visible in this system.

    Let me know your thoughts.

    Grant agreements are the only use we're thinking of. The integration you describe sounds good, although I hope there is away for the followup to be assigned to a different person than the person who has to DocuSign.

    Hi All,

    Curious if the appropriate flow would that if a request is reassigned all assigned and draft follow ups assigned to that contact are automatically reassigned?

    this would leave any submitted forms with the originally owner, and would also leave any form assigned to another contact at the organization un touched.

    That approach seem correct?

    Since our main reason for wanting this is so grantees can review and start working on later followups, our preference is for a process setting.

    I agree with the points below. For our grantees, it's mainly so they can see what they will need to work on for their progress reports when they haven't completed prior follow-ups such as grant agreement, so the due dates and reminder emails aren't an issue (follow ups would still be due in chronological order).

    As long as there is security for self adds (so people can't add themselves without an access code or some kind of authorization), self-adding would save time for us.

    We are still struggling with this. When applicants update their organization address, the address for the primary contact stays the same, so letters (and checks) can be sent to the old address.I suggest allowing applicants to update the addresses for anyone at their organization.

    The default should be to allow grantees to submit their next follow up (even if the prior one has not been marked complete yet.)

    Hi All,
    Merged to similar ideas together so we can see the discussion in one spot.

    While we have heard this in the idea lab and in multiple user groups and you fly, we buys I believe we still have some outstanding questions before this hit the GLM roadmap.

    1) Is this on the request or organization level or both?
    2) would you want to limit the number of documents someone could upload, labeling specifically what needs to be uploaded? A concern that we have heard in the past is just an open upload area might be filtered with clutter, thoughts on that?
    3) Do they need due dates/expiration dates? How will you know they a still current?

    Thoughts are just a couple thoughts I have right off the bat. Thanks for helping to continue the conversation.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    We have recently been discussing the idea of adding task items to GLM.

    These could be actions to assign to yourself or other users in the systems. This seems like it would accomplish what you are looking for but would love to hear more feedback from you and others.
