can two emails be used for household profile
It would be great if both husband and wife email addresses could receive notifications when changes are made to the fund account. Like when money has been added.

Custom Reports
It would be very beneficial if you could use the result of a set of search results as a "starting place" for a custom report. As an example (see attachment), I ran a Profiles List filtered by Engagement Strategy. It gave me a nice list of what I was looking for except for some custom fields I had added to the profiles. Now I want to simply add those custom fields to this set of search results. If I could save the search results as the start of my custom report, all I would have to do was add my…

Why do the profile links not allow a drill down like Org Roles?
Why do the profile links not allow a drill down like Org Roles? I can't list profiles even though the profile link ID # is blue (which generally means I can drill down for more information).

Inactive Grantee, but not Inactive Vendor
Inactive Grantee, but not Inactive Vendor. I recently needed to correct activity that was improperly processed as a grant. I made the grantee profile inactive, and it also made the vendor profile inactive. The vendor designation is correct as the activity should be processed as a voucher. Ask: have the inactive flag seperate for grantee and vendor.

Living Member Donations for an Inactive Household
Looking to see if this can be a possibility in the future. For INACTIVE household donations, made inactive due to one member of the household having died, to be absorbed by the living members profile. This would make it so the household itself would no longer have to be linked to that individual. Also when that individual logs into the portal, they could see their past household donations included in with their individual donations, if there are any.

Make Designations and Unmake
We can easily designation someone using the [MAKE] selection under Designations in fcsuite. I can [MAKE] them as Fund Advisor, Grantee, etc.
(1) Once they are in a category, there should be an 'unmake' button so I can easily change it back. Instead, I need to click on their role as a Grantee, and hunt out the 'delete' button way over on the left menu. It's confusing the way it is, but at least it work. When I click on Delete, it usually brings me back to the user profile. Yay.(2) Unless it's a nonprofit. When I click Delete…

Attach Tasks to Profiles
It would be wonderful if you could see completed tasks when on a profile. When I pull up a donor profile, I need to see what/when their last point of contact was. For example, if we mailed a personal note, made a phone call, sent an email. Very helpful information especially when a donor says, we haven't heard from you this year!

Hide Inactive Org Role and Profile Link or Reorganize Structure to make easier to read
It would be great to have a toggle at the top of each section for "show inactive roles/links" that would then show the table as it is, but otherwise would only show the active roles. Another option would be to seperate out the dates from the "Roles" column into their own column to make it easier to read and add a column for "active" with a check for active and nothing for inactive.
The current structure for the org roles and profile links works well when there is only a couple links, but it is very difficult to read once…2 votes -
Sending emails in csuite
I asked about this last year, but posting fresh again to maybe get back on radar. If you want us to use your platform for sending emails and keeping track of correspondence, we need to look professional when doing it. Sending an email in Courier with no signature or logo won't cut it.

Profile Types & Permissions
We allow many people to get into Profile Types. That’s an easy way to view and export profiles based on the assigned type. Once we give someone the Profile Type permission, they can get in there. So far so good. Then there’s permissions for Archive Profile Type and Delete Profile Type. However, those permissions are surprisingly narrowly defined to just the Profile Types. Nothing applies to Profile Fund Categories, Address Types, Email Types and Genders. So anyone who has the Profile Type permission can fully delete any of those, which is not good. And anyone can create any type and…

Multiple contacts for Organizations
It would be helpful if we could enter multiple contacts for an organization based on the inquiry (director, grants, treasurer, etc.). As of now, we either have to put additional contacts in a note or create multiple profiles for the same organization in order to have multiple contacts.

email - integration with Outlook
Emailing right from a profile. It would be helpful to be able to click on an email in a profile and have it populate directly into outlook.
