  1. Add option to create a letter from a profile

    I would like to have the ability to generate even a simple letter from a profile, so it auto fills name, address and I can take it from there. Add to the "Create" in the left sidebar please!

  2. Sending emails in csuite

    I asked about this last year, but posting fresh again to maybe get back on radar. If you want us to use your platform for sending emails and keeping track of correspondence, we need to look professional when doing it. Sending an email in Courier with no signature or logo won't cut it.

    A rich text editor was released on 9/12/2024. Here is the release note:

    Site: Added Rich Text Editor to the email creation areas for Profiles, Grant and Scholarship documents, Invoices, grant_letter_email_body content area and Grant Catalog.

  3. profile search

    I would like to hit enter from the profile search bar and get a page showing all the ones that come up, not just a drop down. I am very visual and would like to see blocks on a page and then be able to tag merges from there (among other things). Otherwise your clicking, hunting and packing to accomplish what you want to...

  4. Profile Types & Permissions

    We allow many people to get into Profile Types. That’s an easy way to view and export profiles based on the assigned type. Once we give someone the Profile Type permission, they can get in there. So far so good. Then there’s permissions for Archive Profile Type and Delete Profile Type. However, those permissions are surprisingly narrowly defined to just the Profile Types. Nothing applies to Profile Fund Categories, Address Types, Email Types and Genders. So anyone who has the Profile Type permission can fully delete any of those, which is not good.   5. Multiple contacts for Organizations

    It would be helpful if we could enter multiple contacts for an organization based on the inquiry (director, grants, treasurer, etc.). As of now, we either have to put additional contacts in a note or create multiple profiles for the same organization in order to have multiple contacts.

  6. email - integration with Outlook

    Emailing right from a profile. It would be helpful to be able to click on an email in a profile and have it populate directly into outlook.
