We recently sent out our yearly tax receipts (we call them Annual Donation Summaries) and when these are emailed in Bulk, there is no option to add an email Subject or Body and no option to update the PDF file name. Technically, they aren't tax receipts but a summary of the donations and tax receipts the donors received the previous year. We would like to see the following updates:
    1) Ability to update email subject and body for bulk emails (this functionality exists when sending them individually)
    2) Ability to rename the merged PDF documents before printing/emailing

  2. When we went to enter a donation, the household profile was inactive because the husband had passed. We need a way that you cannot use the household to create a donation.

    If I did not know the husband was dead the widow would have got a letter with Mr. and Mrs. The household profile was inactive and she was still able to do a donation.

    Is there a way to fix this?

  6. It would be great if donation email notifications to fund advisors specified if donations are recurring, so that we can steward these donors differently. Also would be great if recurring donations were identified in the donation list in the portal.

  7. Quickly sell public securities in CommunitySuite without realized gains/losses, fees applied. "Sell all" or checkbox list option when selling. Public Securities comprise the majority of gifts received. RBC typically does not record the realized gains/losses, fees until month end statements are produced for the investment accounts.

  10. It would be great to have a return check feature. When you complete a bank deposit and a check gets return, there needs to be a way to show that check was deposited but returned. The current way requires you to unpost and delete the check/donation. This is problematic especially when crossing months and the reconciliations don't match your bank statement.

    We currently have 4 match months going on. It would be awesome if we could sort the recent deposits by fund name. This would help us to ensure that all of our incoming credit card deposits get tagged to a campaign! Thanks!

  12. Request: Add the ability to customize the subject line of the Donation Notify Email.

    Clear, tailored subject lines are essential for fund holders to immediately recognize the purpose and source of the email. As it stands, the default subject line is vague and can appear suspicious or irrelevant. Allowing subject line customization would improve clarity, trust, and overall communication when donations are made to a fund holder's fund.

  13. For endowed funds, We would like there to be an option somewhere in the donation process for a donor to select whether they would like their donation to go towards the principal or spendable balance of the fund.

    Right now all donations are automatically applied to the principal but we have some donors that will make a contribution to the spendable balance of a fund in order to cover the difference for a grant/scholarship going out.

  14. Currently, donation receipts show in list before posted for receipts. If they only appeared after posted, it would reduce the potential error in sending out a donation receipt too early, but allow for a placeholder to be made.

  15. I would like to have more options for recurring donation cadence, or for it to be user-configurable. For example, I would like to add twice per month (to align with donors who are paid twice a month) and semi-annually (ie: 2 times a year) as options.

Add the option to be able to add a Custom Field in the Donor link on a Profile when viewing a Profile's donation history, if the organization has added a Custom Field associated with a donation. Currently, we have a Custom Field that can be viewed only when we open each donation. We would like to be able to see at a glance, the Custom Field when opening the donation history on a profile. Currently we either have to open each donation to see this field or run a report for a donor when we want to see this field.…

  17. Csuite currently allows us to set a CC fee percent that donors have the option to cover when processing a donation online. It would be great if instead of a fee percentage, they could see a "live calculation" for their credit card fee. I have attached an image of another platform that uses Stripe as their payment processor and they have integrated a "live calculation" so that the donor can see a dollar amount versus a percentage.

  18. I would be helpful that after a donation is reviewed the system does not move to the next donation that needs review. For us it causes the reviewer to go back to that donor if they have multiple donations to review.

  20. We have a supporting organization that includes the Hebrew date under the Gregorian date in all of their correspondence. For the automatically generated tax receipts that are merged and emailed for credit card gifts from the new Giving Hub, it doesn't seem like it's possible to include the Hebrew date with a conditional merge field because where would it pull the date from? I normally do a manual find & replace using [Hebrew date placeholder] in our grant and gift templates for this org, but the tax receipts are auto generated. Has anyone found a way to add the Hebrew…
