Multiple File Attachments
It would be great to be able to attach more than one file to an expense. For example, we'd like to attach the invoice as well as the initial quote sheet or other documentation.

Staff allocations with dates
Allocation tables should include dates for when a new funding source starts and when an existing source ends.

Please build an integration with banking no different than the functionality supported by Quickbooks. EVERY CLIENT HAS A BANK ACCOUNT! This activity is repeated every month by every client. Hiding inactive accounts
Ability to hide accounts that are inactive [accounts that got pulled over for historical purposes, but we do not actively use them anymore].

Nonprofit Core login timeout
This is more general than specific to Accounting. There appears to be a timeout for inactive login sessions. I want the screen to change or present a prompt box when I've reached the timeout. I know I need to refresh my login only when I realize things aren't behaving normally.

Vendor name on Check Stub
We use our check stubs in multiple areas and do not necessarily have it attached to an invoice - the name of the Vendor does not print on the stubs that we keep. We will have to hand write it and when processing a batch of 30-40 checks at a time, that will be time consuming. Is it possible to add that field to the stub?

Parent program on Import Template
When importing, the template for Program/Services does not support the Parent Program. This enables the proper data to build the structure that you are able to do with the UI

Check Memo
We use check memo's so that we can quickly see (i.e. bank statements, or a reference to a period that we are paying for, or a note for the Board so they are able to see that expense goes to "x" line item). Is it possible to do that?

Account Type in Statement of Functional Expeses
In the Statement of Functional Expense report, adding "Account Type" would be useful. We know you can summarize by Account Type, but being able to see the type without this summary would be helpful.

Types - Make them easier to change
Would be nice to be able to change a Type after the fact without having to unpost then repost all related transactions. would be helpful especially for new users who may be figuring out over time how to ideally configure their systems.

Accounting Custom Fields
Would like to add custom fields to revenue/expense entries. Use case scenario: adding a checkbox for "Thank you send?" to keep track of each donation revenue entry and whether or not a thank you has been communicated with donor.

Banking→deposits and/or payments, allow me to return the place I was working when I het back
- I am working banking→payments or deposits.
- I adjust my view to 250 transactions to scroll down to see a payment from previous months.
- When I view an individual transaction and then finish, I always am thrown back into the main view page with only a handful of recent transactions.
- I have to change my view again to 250, then scroll down to the previous payment again to get back to where I was working. This takes up an inordinate amount of time and would be frustrating to those working in book keeping.
- Could you just allow me to go back…

Expense Tags in Email Templates
Be able to put expense-related tags in email templates. Line items, expense amounts, descriptions, etc. This is so that clients can send "proof of payment" to the profiles they send expenses to.

Separate Description for Allocation Line Items
It would be helpful to be able to put a description for each line item of an expense that's allocated to different account codes. That way we'll know exactly what each allocated $$ was for.

Sequence of added Revenue
When entering individual donations they do not appear to show up in the order they were entered. This makes it difficult to follow and compare what has/has not been entered. For instance, I just entered two donations. One appeared at the top of the list and the other was found down below in the middle of posted donations. It would be ideal to have the donations show up in a sequential order based on the order in which they were entered. Thank you.

Allow 3-part check format with check in middle position
We have multiple checking accounts and all use 3-part checks with check in the middle; changing to only top check will require new checks at a cost of several hundred dollars

Allocation Tables by $, not just %
When I'm using allocation tables, I want the ability to allocate the amount by dollars instead of percentages. This will be important as I allocate funds from different grant amounts I receive.
