  1. Ability to create tasks from Bounced Communications

    When sending bulk emails annually, handling bounced emails is a task that can be assigned easily. Add the ability to add a task for each bounced email from a communication.

  2. Bulk generate and send Gift Letters

    There is no bulk way to generate gift letters. Creating singular communications will literally add hours to the process. There is also not an option to print out the gift letter - Print Screen captures the Email headings from the template.
