1. Add email standard fields to Archive and MetaData API functions

   When a UTA is configured to enable the email activity type, the standard fields “@From Addresssfsffromaddress@” and “@To Addresssfsftoaddress@” that are configurable in list views do not seem to appear in the archive data created by archive feature or the meta data API functions. Can these fields please be added to both the archive feature and the Meta Data SmartConnnect API functions?

   We are planning to deliver a data extraction API in an upcoming release to replace the data archive method. We will consider these data elements in scope. Feel free to provide more details or reach out to us for discussion.

2. Create an option to automatically name folders when batch downloading files through list views.

   Currently, the downloaded folders are automatically named using their application IDs.

   The IDs ensure uniqueness. You can change the folders after downloaded. We do not have plans to provide this additional enhancement.

3. allow DRAFT option in new support hub

   (I was directed to submit this via IdeaLab regarding the support hub at supporthub.smartsimple.com )

   Add the ability to save a draft of a ticket's content before submitting it

   In the previous support hub environment, it was possible to save a draft of the ticket before submitting. This was helpful in multiple scenarios including, locating examples to cite, creating videos or images to be attached, and when interrupted before completing the entry.

   On the new Support Hub, on the tab "Org Requests", can we add the name of the person submitting, so we can see who they are? I tried adding the "Your Name" column, but that was blank. Thanks!
