  2. Add 3+ layer parent/child relationships of tags to the tag library, and make them searchable based on parent/child status as well as by tag.

    Great idea, we provide a pivot table option via reports, which I know isn't exactly what you are asking for, which is a more dynamic filter and pivot table option within a view.

    We have been using Compass (https://community.foundant.com/) to support our SmartSimple events (ex. Connect) via the Groups feature and are looking at ways to expand usage for more general purposes across products and industries. Stay tuned.

    Can you clarify the use case for having to change the user? Is it that you used the wrong email (ex. using their personal email instead of work email)?
