    Can you clarify the use case of using the BCC? Who receives it? BCC won't receive any responses from the recipient.

    We have been using Compass (https://community.foundant.com/) to support our SmartSimple events (ex. Connect) via the Groups feature and are looking at ways to expand usage for more general purposes across products and industries. Stay tuned.

    Can you clarify the use case for having to change the user? Is it that you used the wrong email (ex. using their personal email instead of work email)?
