Add the possibility to preview PDF or Excel files uploaded by clients (to avoid having to dowload all files)
Currently in single/multiple file upload fields: it is only possible to dowload the files that have been uploaded. The idea would be to have the possibility to only view/preview the file without downloading it.

Global Search Functionality
Implement a global search feature that enables users to search by grant name, user name, or organization name. When a user is searched, the results should include:
A direct link to the user’s profile
Links to all organizations the user is affiliated with
A list of all grants associated with the user
This enhancement would streamline navigation and improve access to relevant information across the platform.
This search may be surfaced in the header and should take advantage of the OpenSearch work being done to ensure the fastest performance.

Keep Report Builder window open when saving.
Keep Report Builder window open when saving. This used to be the case but someone decided to "fix" this and close the report builder window when you save. I use multiple screens and every time I save the report builder window and open it again after viewing the report, I have to reposition the pop up window to the other screen each time.

Add an upload option to the Notes section
The notes section is helpful but it would be more helpful if there was a way to upload documents relevant to the note (ie emails, pdf files, etc.)

Role names in report
We would like to review on a regular basis (1 or 2 times per year) that all users having a privileged account in the system still need such access. We would like therefore to generate a report listing all users with their current role. Unfortunately, only "Role ID" can be added to report. Not "Role Name" or "Role Caption"

Promotion Rollback for Project-Based T2P Tool
Introduce a rollback feature in the new project-based T2P tool to allow reverting configuration changes promoted to test or production environments.
Use Case:
After promoting changes to a test environment, testing revealed issues, and a decision was made to not proceed with those configuration changes. In this case, the rollback feature would allow reverting specific changes within the current environment to its prior state. Similarly, if changes have been promoted to production and need to be temporarily undone, the rollback function would enable this.Implementation:
On the Import tab of the T2P tool, capture the pre-change state before applying any…2 votes -

Custom Fields Permission Quick Edit - freeze top/left headers for Role and Status; add in field Caption
When we need to update the custom field permissions, the Permission Quick Edit is often unusable. Once you scroll down a small amount, you lose the header row and can't tell what role or status you're changing. Same for when you scroll to the right, you lose the Custom Field column on the far left and have no idea what field you're editing.
We also usually don't really know the field's name as well as we know the Caption. It would be so helpful to include both the name and caption for reference so you know you're really updating the…
