Enhance Interactions with Multi-Record Linking and Cross-Record Visibility
Interactions are only valuable if users can see them in the context of the records they impact. Currently, interactions are not visible from associated records, making it difficult to access important engagement history where users are actually working. Making interactions visible directly on linked records would significantly increase their usefulness and adoption.
Additionally, allowing the Associated Record field to support multiple record selections would better reflect real-world workflows where a single meeting, email, or conversation often relates to more than one record, reducing duplicate data entry and preserving a complete history of engagement.
