Export custom field list with visibility permission settings
The ability to export the custom field list from L1, L2 or L3, users, orgs or any system object, with settings such as mandatory toggle, description, select values, and including the role, status, and type permission settings, into Excel, or the ability to build a report builder report where you can customize the settings to be exported. The system design summary pulls some of this data into a word table format, which can be copied into Excel, but it is cumbersome and only copies from the core fieldset. Being able to export directly and easily from the custom field list…

New Design - button shifts not good
Changing button placements at the bottom of pages by sliding all buttons to the center is not working for our team. It will lead to us clicking on the wrong button frequently. We placed them very carefully on the right, center or left of the screen to enable easy identification of actions that will happen when pressing those buttons.
Mushing all buttons in the middle is going to lead to many mistakes being made by system users who can have 7 buttons on the bottom of the screen. Not ideal. Changes on our part will mean revisiting EVERY screen in…

Concurrent User Queue on Login Page
Currently, when a system is configured with a concurrent user limit to maintain optimal performance, users attempting to log in during peak usage receive a message indicating high traffic and are asked to try again later. However, users have no visibility into when they might be able to log in, as they cannot tell when others have logged out.
To improve this experience, we propose implementing a queue system like those used by ticketing platforms or high-traffic websites. This would allow users to:
• See how many people are ahead of them in the login queue.
• Automatically gain access…

Ability to include file attachments in Email Templates
We have a request to have the ability to include a file attachment option in the email templates.
We recently moved all workflow email tasks in a client system to email templates but it seems the default attachments folders don't have the option to include file attachments.
The client wanted to have access to edit the email templates which is why they were moved from the workflow configuration.
Since this particular email task shown in screenshot requires a file attachment @#1678263#@, we had to keep it as a custom email template.

Allow users to copy system list views to personal list views
We would like to be able to set the roles in a UTA, or even just all internal users, to be allowed to copy an existing listview and save it as a personal listview.
Currently, our internal users can create their own list views, but it's challenging to do it from scratch. It would be very helpful to allow them to use an existing list view, and then modify it for their unique needs.
These personal list views are only available to the individual user, so there's no danger of them creating new system-wide list views.

Rich Text in Email Templates
If you use syntax like sscal in Rich Text, the text does not appear in HTML View. It would be nice if the syntax showed as part of the text.

expiry column for staff contacts list
When we review our staff contacts in the CRM, there is no way to see in the list view whether we have added an expiry date or not. We have to open each individual to check. The Support team told me I cannot add the expire date field as a column to the list view using list syntax.
The expire date is accessed by going into the contact and clicking on Actions (top menu) > Edit Roles and Access.
It would help to be able to quickly tell if a user has an associated expiry date on their role access.…
