Bring back the Key for Enable/Disable Login Access
In the new UX design (implemented with the October 2025 upgrade), we lost visibility to the key icon on the Contact Profile showing whether a contact has access or not. Instead, we now have to click Actions and either see "Enable Login Access" or "Disable Login Access" as the only indicator of whether the person has login access or not.
Please bring the key icon back — we relied on it for quick, easy, reliable confirmation of the contact's login capabilities.

Enhance Auto Assignment Feature
It would be nice to be able to use the auto assignment feature as follows instead of having to use workflows and enable this to be used with the contacts tab instead of assigned sf:
1) When a new user is added in a particular role to the contacts tab of an L1, automatically assign them to the L2s in the contacts tab as a particular role
2) When a new L2 is created and users from the L1 are set to auto assign to the L2, the assignment is passed upon activity creation
3) When a user is removed…2 votes -
Add a visual indicator of system access status to the user profile
I'd like to propose that the key icon (or something similar) in the upper right hand corner of user's profile be added back (it was removed as part of the most recent update). It was really helpful to have a visual indicator on the main page of the profile indicating access status at a glance. The icon or visual indicator doesn't need to be functional (as it was previously) now that the toggle for system access lives under the 'action' drop down. I actually think something more obvious (like a red light or a green light) would be an improvement…

Default Quick Navigation Menu to Closed
Have the quick navigation menu default to closed/minimized or remember last position.
I am often finding that I need to constantly close it for ever record that I go into because it is cover or narrowing fields unecessarily.

User Emulation - Add granular role-based privileges
At present, the settings for user emulation do not allow for granular role-based permissions. For example, there is no feature to restrict which other roles a user role can emulate. It would be incredibly useful for our staff to be able to emulate grantee user accounts. Unfortunately, we currently cannot enable this feature for them, as it allows them to emulate all other roles which includes higher-level users.
Something like "Roles this role can EMULATE" (reference attached image) would be incredibly useful.

Integration with Outlook
I just saw that there is now an option to log an email activity, but it would be helpful if that email could trigger an actual email form that could be linked with an application.

Email Reminder Upgraded Feature
While I love the new upgraded reminder function on emails, the limited selection of reminders is frustrating. There are a lot of choices for reminders on upcoming tasks but only 1 Day After and 3 Days After for a choice on overdue email reminders. It would be really nice if we could also set up a wider selection of Overdue email reminders.

Enable the copy profile option workflow task to work without the copy button being visible
Currently in order to use the copy profile option in a workflow, the user that triggers the workflow must have access to the copy button under the new menu in the record. This creates extra menus for external users who don't need to see the copy button when the workflow is being run in the background. This should not have to be visible on the record for the user triggering the workflow in order for the workflow to trigger. This is something for all FHLBs.
