Defining reply-to email address at email template level
All our emails are sent from "no-reply@smartsimple.eu"
However, even if this is a "no-reply" email address and we describe in the email body the one to use to reply, users continue to use the "reply" button of their email client. So, we would like to define, at the email template level, the reply email address to use (can't be a global parameter as multiple internal teams are involved).
For now, we try to use the "(reply-to)" feature in cc (see screenshot - do not remove it!) but this is not very practical14 votes -
Preview Subject in Communication Center
When preparing an email in the Communication Center, the "Preview" button previews only the body, not the subject. It would be great to include the subject in the preview as it contains often variables or sslogic statements

Rich Text in Email Templates
If you use syntax like sscal in Rich Text, the text does not appear in HTML View. It would be nice if the syntax showed as part of the text.

This is a known issue that will be addressed soon via a new variable syntax. In the meantime, disable rich text editor when editing emails with sslogic.

Integration with Outlook
I just saw that there is now an option to log an email activity, but it would be helpful if that email could trigger an actual email form that could be linked with an application.

Bring back ability to choose different email addresses when using Email Templates/Group Email
It is critical and imperative for our work that the ability to choose different email addresses when using Email Templates/Group Email is implemented again (in the deprecated personal email settings). This has a major impact on the work that we do. We rely on this feature quite heavily. Without this feature we need to email stakeholders manually, which is taking a step back for us.
3 votesWe recognize the need for flexibility in choosing email addresses beyond the default or the user’s own address when sending templates or group emails. While we would not reinstate the ability for individual users to set any “From” address as a personal preference, we are open to introducing an instance-wide setting that provides greater control and options for “From” addresses.
If this functionality is implemented, all email domains would need to align with the primary service in use. For example, users would not be permitted to send emails from unrelated domains such as Gmail or Amazon.
- If not using SMTP relay: All addresses would need to use @smartsimplemailer.com or an equivalent domain based on client jurisdiction.
- If using SMTP: The domain must match the one configured on the organization’s SMTP server.

Email Reminder Upgraded Feature
While I love the new upgraded reminder function on emails, the limited selection of reminders is frustrating. There are a lot of choices for reminders on upcoming tasks but only 1 Day After and 3 Days After for a choice on overdue email reminders. It would be really nice if we could also set up a wider selection of Overdue email reminders.

Notification Broadcast
Add the possibility in the Notification Broadcast to have the notification stay visible all the time once using the sytem. Currently the user has the notification at connexion only and then the notification closes. After this improvement the notification could appear all the time, preventing the user from missing important information.

Enable "File from Local Disk" for Group Emails also
Currently, the "File from Local Disk" option is only available on the Message Center email. It'll be useful to have the option to select a file from the local disk when using Group Emails, also.
