Batch Create Activities period.
For example following an adjudication we currently are manually updating each application with an activity (We created our own internal notes activity as the built in one has no file upload). But you can only batch *edit*, not batch create.Kayla Black

The October release is targeting a smart search feature to improve performance on list views; however, this initial release has limited availability and is targeted for GA in the February release.

Good usability suggestions, the only item not under consideration is the last one with the ability to leverage a user's SQL

Agreed - we've used Clio Case Management software's Outlook Add-in in the past and that was one of the great items of it - could attach to a person, organization or a matter. It also had the option to file it into a specific Clio folder in Outlook after being successfully moved to the platform.
