The ability to batch update Notes
It is possible to batch update for status, institutions, associated contacts (etc), but it is not possible to do it on Notes.
Is there something I am overlooking? :)
@Emil - sorry for the delay, can you provide examples of use cases where you need to batch update notes? Thanks

If you are wanting to add the same note to all of the same applications, there is a setting within the list view that allows you to turn that option on.
Edit List View > Enable Add Note
Once this is turned on, once you select the applications you want to add a note to, there is a new button that shows up that looks like a piece of paper (at least in our portal) and when you hover over it, it says 'Add Note'. This lets you add the same note to all of the selected applications.

This would be useful to us as well. If we staff generate applications, it would be helpful to apply a common note across them all as explanatory text to reference in future years.

A use-case which happens quite often in support when we batch-update a list of records and want to write the same note for traceability.
It is quite a manual task to open each record (sometimes 30+) and manually have to input a system admin note.

Batch Create Activities period.
For example following an adjudication we currently are manually updating each application with an activity (We created our own internal notes activity as the built in one has no file upload). But you can only batch *edit*, not batch create. -

What kind of feedback is needed?
