    The privacy of our applicants is essential! However, it is also important for most of our 200+ reviewers to be able to see applicant names on the dashboard. It's very helpful to the process, especially for the reviewers serving on committees where they meet and discuss their specific applicants. This is an important change that we would very much appreciate!
