    The privacy of our applicants is essential! However, it is also important for most of our 200+ reviewers to be able to see applicant names on the dashboard. It's very helpful to the process, especially for the reviewers serving on committees where they meet and discuss their specific applicants. This is an important change that we would very much appreciate!

    Resolving this issue is incredibly important, not only for the benefit of our reviewers, many of whom are reviewing large numbers of student applications, but also for our students, who deserve to have all of their application made easily accessible. Please make this a priority going forward.
