    We have been having similar issues. Folks in our organization thought a drop-down design would be helpful. It would allow many processes to show up on the apply page while still providing information on the process once someone clicks the dropdown. Then the "Apply" button could also be hidden behind the dropdown.

    We recently began using GLM and ran into this problem pretty quickly. We have several committees that all need different documents for their meetings. Would love to see this idea regain some momentum.
