    I suggested as well, and included the ability for Fund Advisors to see notes in the portal as well as receive via email if they have checked "donation notification box."

    It would be great if notes left when a donor makes a tributes gift, or when a donor makes any gift online, were able to populate the donor record, under "description" so when an email notification was sent, the Fund Advisor (who has requested "donation notification") would see the notes.

    Create a path where tribute notes made online could be attached to the notification emails. Right now, we have to manually cut and paste these notes to forward to the tribute recipients.

    I agree with Sally Weldon. The field being populated by the template assigned to the fund would be a better workflow and help the data entry process.
