    I second this!
    Upload Fields are currently returned as simple document titles. This representation is not sufficient for downstream processing, as it does not provide a way to directly access or retrieve the uploaded files.
    The ideal solution for us would be to get the URL to a downloadable resource pointing to the uploaded file.

    I second this. Error messages are absolutely unhelpful and documentation generally poor.
    I would also add to it: the way we have to define a separate access key for each resource x method + manually setting desired columns is insane and unheard of.

    I am not sure the answer to that should be in Smartsimple. It could be easily handled through code with a post-export clean up python script or small javascript parser. GenAI nowadays is pretty good at writing this kind of code and explaining how to run it.
