  1. I spend a lot of time scrolling to the bottom or back up to the top when reviewing applications, and a top and bottom button would be very helpful. Thank you!

  2. The "skin" takes up a large part of the screen. Once logged in, I would like the "skin"/logo banner to be reduced. As an administrator, when editing it takes up too much of the screen.

  3. Make decision comments a merge field.
    We use the decision comments as a place to store language for the notification letters. I'm so over the copy and paste!

  4. I would love an option to batch print every application in each process. Currently I need to go in to each application and open the PDF to print. Would be nice to be able to select all and print.

    Hi All,

    As of today, May 4th 2022, we released our first version of batch print/download

    There are two ways to use this functionality:

    1. From applicant facing forms work load pages (LOI, Applications, and Follow Ups) you will now have the option to Batch Print the print packet.

    2. From request & decisions you can now create PDFs of the documents in a single large doc or into a zipped file.

    To learn more about this functionality go to support hub and search "Print" or "Download"

  5. We have just launched our GLM site and asked our grantees to register in the system. I wish there was a way for the administrators to be notified when a new organization creates a new account in our system. I can see the benefits of this for our invitation-only foundation, but even more so with other foundations so they can learn who is interested in their foundation to help foster new relationships.

  6. I just added a new contact to an organization and assigned their request to that person. I then checked the username and password for the new contact by logging in to her account. I noticed that all she could see was the current request (LOI, Application, and Follow-Ups). I think everyone who is an active contact for that organization should see all prior requests.

  7. When an applicant has multiple follow ups they have an option of "edit" on the follow up they are working on, and the other follow up's options are blank. I get a lot of questions about why an applicant cant complete their follow up (when they have one due prior).

    I think it might be helpful to have that say something like "locked". Then perhaps have the info "i" icon to tell them why they cant access the follow up.

  8. We'd love to see the option to include conditional questions/skip logic in the LOI/Application questions which would allow the users to skip questions they answer "no" to.

  9. It would be great to be able to edit a single list item. We have new funds created throughout the year that we need to add to a drop down list on a decision form after that form and question has already been used. On occasion, we've had human error occur with a typo or having been assigned a duplicate fund ID by mistake. Have the opportunity to go in an correct the spelling error or edit the name of an item part way through the year on a drop down list would be helpful.

    Hi Everyone!

    As of our Nov 2023 the Edit links for Follow Ups have been replaced with Buttons.

    The button with say, START, CONTINUE, VIEW or PREVIEW depending on the status up the follow up.  We hope this is more clear and easier for applicants to find. 


    If you have additional feedback be ask that you add that to a new idea!

  12. Since we can't assign a grantee the same follow up form multiple times in one request, we have copied our Follow Up Forms to have a number of same forms in one process. It works great, but then when we go to reports, we are notified that report fields cannot have the same name. SO, we either have to change the names of all the fields in the actual process, or rename every field when we're in the reports section. Could there be an easier way to this?

    Ideally, it would be nice to be able to assign a grantee…

  14. We have had a few grantees shut down their organizations. I have deactivated most of the users, but the Primary user cannot be deactivated. I would prefer those names not show up when I search or run reports for Active Users.
    I would still want to be able to access the grant/funding histories of deactivated orgs. Thanks!

  15. It would help users who type in access codes incorrectly if the system gave an error message rather than just returning to the same screen. Without an error message, they don't know they have the code wrong.

  16. Is there a way to force applicants to change their password after I have done a reset for them? I usually give them a very generic password if I have to create a profile or change a user. I tell them to change the password once they have logged in, but I worry that no one actually makes a change.

  17. It would save several clicks if the search was retained, and could be accessed by clicking the back arrow after selecting an item from the search. It would be even better if you place in the list was retained and you were automatically returned to that position.

  18. You recently changed how application and grant history is listed on dashboard. It used to be listed with most recent on top. Now I have to click at least 3 times to get it to be most recent on top. Please go back to the way it was. Very frustrating.

  19. During the 5.20 release, the UI changed on the Organization Summary page. With that, we are able to filter the request history table on all fields. This is a great feature for organizations we have given a large number of grants to, and will help find specific grants more quickly. However, the default order of the requests has changed from newest at the top and oldest at the bottom to the reverse order with oldest requests on top and newest on the bottom. I prefer to have requests sorted with the most recent on top, allowing us quicker access to…

  20. It would be great if we could see which contact is associated with each request or see a list of the requests assigned to a contact when clicking on a contact's name. We just had a contact leave an organization and I had to click on every request that had a follow-up draft to know whether I had to reassign the request and/or follow-up. There are different programs at this organization that are run by different people, so we have multiple active contacts
