  2. Currently, when processing grants as a batch from spendable in CSuite, alerts that would trigger when a grant is processed individually do not populate when those grants are processed as a batch.

    Having a screen that pops up prior to creating grants from spendable as a batch listing all of the fund or other alerts that would come up individually all in one place for that batch would make the alert functionality integrate with batch functionality properly, ensuring those alerts are not missed due to which processing option a user chooses to use.

  4. It would be helpful to be able to change the number of RSVPs in campaigns per profile, especially when you're adding household profiles. It makes sense for single profiles to have a single RSVP, but when a household is attending, that RSVP should be for 2 people (or however many are in that household).

  5. As a scholarship admin, I want a way to communicate with students about the renewal requirements for an opportunity within the system.
    - can do with email types, but it requires lots of manual work

    As a scholarship admin, I want to remove the human review of follow-up forms to verify renewal eligibility.

    I want to set rules for if a follow-up should be marked complete and if they don't does it kick back to draft, email the students, etc.

    Examples of eligibility criteria for renewal
    - GPA
    - School
    - Major

  6. When typing a last name in the search bar, the list of all with the last name of, for example, "Smith" come up. It would be greatly helpful if the Smiths were listed in alphabetical order of their first name, NOT prefix ("Ms., Mr., Mr. and Mrs.). Could that please be changed?

  7. We'd like the Header Image to be visible on Eligibility Quizzes.

    The header becomes visible once the applicant completes and passes an eligibility quiz but not before.

    Having our logos appear on the Apply page displaying the available Eligibility Quizzes would be a nice addition to the new updates.

  8. Please consider only allowing one application per process by each organization. I saw duplicate application from single applicant most of the time. I would be greatly appreciate if it is fixed soon.

  9. Could there be a small pop-up when your cursor goes over this field that explains how the primary contact works?

    Our applicants often think "primary contact" indicates who will receive communications about their application. They frequently email saying they kept trying to change the primary contact and were unsuccessful.

    We would like applicants to know that
    1) the primary contact is the executive director/officer
    2) site administrators control who is the primary contact
    3) all communications are sent to the user that submitted an application

    Thanks for your suggestions on how best to make this information clear to applicants!

  10. because in the grants module under the voucher bucket, you can't maintain custom filtering that can be used over and over, it would be great to be able to batch approve payments and batch create vouchers from the custom reports module.

  11. In the GivingHub event registration flow, it would be great to be able to customize the message when it is sold out. Or preventing registration on the main page by disabling the button so a message can say, contact us to get on the waitlist.

  12. We currently have an organization that we cannot delete due to a charity check that was conducted. Although this organization has no requests or contacts associated with it, the charity check issue prevents us from removing it. We also would like to have the ability to delete old users who are not tied to our grant applications, not just make them inactive. We currently do not use a CRM program and have used GLM as our main source for data.

  13. I've heard more than one client that it would be helpful to have a space in SLM/UA to track the spendable amount of each opportunity (similar to the process budget). The clients would use this question to track amounts awarded against the spendable balance to know "where they are" in the balance. If this could integrate from CSuite, that would be even better, but non-integrated clients have also asked for this so ideally, it's something that needs either option.

  14. As of now, if an applicant has to resubmit an application due to it being deemed incomplete, they can not receive a second confirmation email. This is critical, especially for smaller organizations, as it saves time and reassures applicants that their resubmittal has been processed.

  17. We are liking the new Org Summary page and are wondering if any modifications are allowed? For example, for each request if the follow up has been submitted or closed, can it state that instead of them all saying follow up assigned? It is not helpful to have that if it isn't totally accurate info. I noticed that even if all the reports are closed, it still says follow up assigned and that is frustrating.

Our grant committee has multiple times requested the ability for evaluators to have a "white board" type space in the evaluation process that they each can communicate with each other and ask raise questions about the grantee being reviewed so that all evaluators viewing that grantee could see what questions/clarifications are needed for that particular grantee. Right now, they communicate through me as the program manager and cannot communicate with each other through the software.

  19. Consider adding the default (earnings) balance to the face of the fund record, at the top with the rest of the balances. Working in Finance, I have gotten questions about why the fund balance is different from the principal and other similar inquiries. The data exists and the account exists, so it should be easily implemented.

  20. I understand that there is a feature that allows follow ups to be submitted either sequentially or in any order. This is helpful if you want all follow ups to follow the same rules. However, we need most of our follow ups to be submitted sequentially, and then just a couple of them to be able to be submitted at any time.

    We have deadlines for each of our follow ups, but applicants are welcome to submit certain follow ups with a later deadline (i.e. match documentation) before the others (a final grant report, for example, which we do 3…
