  1. When building a table, it would be helpful to to "grey out" a row or column that is "read only", so that you know it is read only.
    The feature I am proposing will help to identify the labeling on the back end. Right now there is no clear visual way to mark this. And I have gotten emails from applicants saying they cannot add information to the table (as it is read only), despite having combed through and making sure everything was how it should be.

  2. When I'm configuring automatic emails for a form, I always click the eye icon to preview the template. For some reason, it includes all the information that's been set up in the template except for the cc/bcc fields. It would save some navigation if those were included along with all the other template information already displayed - I currently have to navigate to the actual email template to review which addresses have/have not been included in the cc/bcc fields in the template, which sort of negates the usefulness of the preview function within the configuration view.

Our evaluations are done by student and if I need to edit evaluations assignments in the Evaluation Assigned bucket, it's very hard to ensure all of a student's opportunities are assigned to the same evaluator when I have to assign by opportunity instead of by student. This is still not possible with the new update if a student has already been assigned to evaluators. This is the message that is received: One or more selected request(s) has an evaluation already assigned. If they are in the assigned bucket then of course they will already have evaluators assigned to them so…

  4. We would like to replace our budget template with tables but we need to be able to show %'s for each expense section and revenue area. In particular, we need to be able to identify the applicant's 10% match in the revenue section. Adding %'s to the Table feature would be helpful so we could do away with applicant's having to download the budget template and then upload it again.

  5. It would be great if the software could allow evaluators to be assigned based on branching. For example, if we created an application that the first portion was basic information about an organization (i.e. organization history, board makeup, etc), but then we had a branching question for them to select which one of our grant programs they were applying for (and allow them to select multiple options that would then trigger specific questions for those grant programs). There could be the option to assign the different grant-specific branch of questions to different evaluators - basically have multiple evaluators assigned but…

  6. Allow Initial Submit Date on Evaluation Assigned page to be the date that organization submitted their LOI or Application so evaluators can see at a glance when LOI's or Applications were submitted.

  7. We have a scholarship with a 2-step evaluation process. It would be great if we could customize the dashboard view of Evaluators to show not just the score, but Evaluator responses to one of the custom questions. Our committee is sophisticated enough that they are comfortable changing the sort order on the available columns, and adding an additional column to show an additional assessment question would provide them with more flexibility.

  8. There is a red circle with a backslash icon that appears when applicants try to copy and paste from their LOI to Proposal Application. This icon confuses Applicants because they are in fact able to copy and paste.

    I am getting several emails from applicants who don't understand they can still copy and paste. Please delete the confusing red circle backslash icon.

  9. It would be really helpful to be able to remove/add individual emails when using a batch email to applicants/evaluators. It is so tedious to manually type each email when you only need to exclude a handful.

  10. This functionality was previously available before the update to allow multiple organizations for one user account. This is useful when we have national organizations which apply on behalf of smaller local organizations - oftentimes they will complete the grant agreements and other initial follow-ups, and then the local organization would take over managing reporting for the rest of the lifecycle of the grant award. This is also applicable to fiscal sponsors that manage multiple awards for various organizations, and it makes it easier for us to break them out by each program when pulling reports as needed.

  11. It would be helpful to have the option to disable the preview feature for a universal application. We are finding that some applicants are running into confusion and issues because they are inadvertently in the "preview" view of the application rather than the "apply" view where they can complete and submit the application.

  12. An idea! Currently, there is no way to batch email only users who are actively assigned to a scholarship committee. There is only a way to email all users who have scholarship committee as their role. This would be helpful with sending pre evaluation updates before evaluations are assigned. Currently, you have to manually send out emails to those assigned to committees.

  13. It would be helpful if we could print the question list based on the current preview options. When using the Universal Application there are supplemental questions for specific opportunities. You can preview as a Reviewer and for a specific opportunity, which allows you to see what the reviewer will see when evaluating applications for that specific committee. But if you choose the Question List from that point, so that it can be printed or downloaded, it brings up everything, even the "administrator only" questions. We need to be able to print a Question List to send to our External Committee's…

  14. With the new feature that allows a grants administrator to select which auto-emails should even appear in the auto-email list, it seems to be sorting them in a random fashion. I would like the auto-emails list to be sorted by stage in the follow-up lifecycle. See the attached file for an illustration.

  18. It would be great to have the ability to increase the character count in the "Comments" tab under Organizational profiles. We use the tab for a summary of a grant once it is closed and any grant management comments of note. We often find that with grants that are a year long or more, we have far more to write than the current character count allows.

  20. When an evaluator uses the Process filter on the dashboard, completes and saves an evaluation form, then clicks the Next Pending Evaluation button, the next one may not be from that filtered Process. Please make it so the Process filter pulls through to when the evaluation forms are advance to the next request.

    Also, it would be much better for evaluators if the sort by organization on the dashboard would pull through to when they go into evaluation forms so Next Pending Evaluation button takes them to the next request that is alphabetical by organization name.
