Formula Fields Breaking Date Recognition in Reporting
Hi Idea Lab! I'm having an ongoing issue when it comes to creating reports that have a date field that has been modified with a formula. E.G., I have grants that have an "Award Period End Date" and a "Amended Award Period End Date" for those that have been extended. In reporting, I can configure it so that I see one column that displays the original end date is if it has not been modified, or an amended end date is if it has been modified. Filter Processes
I would like to be able to filter the list of processes in Process Manger by 'Process Name', 'Visibility', 'Start Date', and 'End Date' (like it is possible to filter columns in an excel workbook)

Running Total in Evalutation Form
It would be beneficial if evaluators could track the approved grant amount per organization while they are evaluating the applications. Having an in-system ability to track the running total amount of funds being granted would decrease the chance of the evaluators going over or under the total budget allotted for the whole grant cycle.

Document viewer hyperlinks
Hyperlinks are not clickable in the document viewer. Which means I would need to download the file to access links (defeating the purpose of the document viewer). Being able to click to links right from the document viewer would help streamline our work.

GLM Applications synced to CSuite as an attached file
PDF of successful GLM applications are synced over to CSuite when grant awards are made, living under "Attached Files" in the grant record

Primary contact
Hello, I know that this has been proposed once. I'd like to be able to have an option of not choosing a primary contact for the organization. In cases where different departments are involved with different projects a primary contact sometimes creates confusion on follow-up/reporting forms. Appreciate your advice. Thank you

Processes
Hello, I would like to suggest to add a function that will allow to re-order the filter for processes (not process manager). If processes have years currently the old processes will appear at the top and new processes at the bottom. And as we work more on new processes as older processes are almost complete, the function to re-order them will be very helpful. Thank you

Hide applicant followups on evaluator dashboard
We have quite a few users who act as both applicants and evaluators at different times. There is a lot of confusion when they log in and see their applicant followups (grant contracts, reports) on their evaluator dashboard. Many then end up filling out the forms from the evaluator dashboard, but then find they don't have an option to submit. Is there a way to just not have these followups show up on the evaluator dashboard?

UA- Assign evaluations for a reviewer across different processes
UA- Assign evaluations for a reviewer across different processes. We have randomized reviews for our UA applicants (usually 500 applicants) and 70+ reviewers. It is so time consuming to assign each evaluator to their 20 applicants (which can be 200+ unique processes for each evaluator).
This is similar to another idea, but I want to make sure it inlcdes UA too.

One collaborator for multiple organizations' requests
We have a very hands-on grant committee who wants to walk the applicants through the process with support to help them be successful in the grantmaking process. We're using the "collaborator" feature so the grant committee can provide feedback to the applicant before they submit their grant proposal. When Proxying in as the collaborator, the dashboard only shows the name of the project/program and does not show the name of the applicant organization until you click Edit to get into their application. My request is that the Dashboard shows the name of the organization per request also.

follow up views
Please provide the option to have the Process name appear in the follow-up view. Currently we have the same Follow-up form appearing from three different processes but have no idea which process each one is related to. This is only going to become a bigger issue as time goes by.

Evaluator profile linked to conflicting org profiles
We have a number of evaluators with conflicts. Would be great if we could record these conflicts in a form and then have the system prevent us from assigning an evaluator to read a request from an org they have a conflict with

batch emails
It would be helpful when sending a batch email if there was a way to get notice of emails that did not go through.

Editing report results w/in GMS
When running a report you will get all results from the process/s you choose, then have to edit the Excel that you download.
It would be nice to delete the entries in the spreadsheet from the site prior to downloading it. Or, only click on the applicants that you are interested in downloading information for w/in the report set-up.

GLM - Have Internal facing questions ommitted from the Copy Functionality when the Copy is performed by the Applicant
Having administrative Internal answers from a previous grant application (for example, we have in Internal question group where we provide additional information for our grant review committee) copy into a new grant application when the applicant is using the copy feature from their last cycle request is not ideal.

SLM Profile Telephone - Option to Select "Mobile"
In SLM, I think it's good to make a telephone number a required field, but it would be nice to have a checkbox next to it to categorize it as "Mobile" or "Mobile #" since most students these days only have that anyway. Otherwise, they end up typing their mobile number in the second field needlessly.

auto email at grant period midpoint
Option to send auto emails at the midpoint of the grant period. No need for any reporting at that point, but we want to remind grantees to contact us if they have questions or anything has changed.

Organization Profile Information on Evaluation Form
Our Evaluators need to know what an organization's mission statement is to accurately evaluate proposals. This information is currently stored in the organization profile and cannot be viewed by evaluators. I think that selected fields from the organization profile should be visible to evaluators.

Preset individual assignment dates for follow up forms
We would like to be able to preset the dates that each follow-up form will be assigned. We have forms that we only want to be completed within a certain period of time but would like to be able to set up the assignments when the Application is approved so we don't have to go back and assign the follow ups at a later date. This should also send the notification email when the form is therefore assigned and available and not at the time that we preset it up.
