  2. It would be nice to have the ability to set investment strategies by dollar amount and not just percentages. We have some funds that have multiple investment strategies and need to be able to hold a flat dollar amount rather than a percentage of the fund.

  3. Bring back the ability to pull all fund statements for funds under a specific fund advisor. Previous to the revamp of the fund statement workflow, there was an ability to select the Fund Statement ID for the specific month or quarter and to select "Print Individual." We could then generate a PDF file of all fund statements for that time period associated with a particular fund advisor. There is no way to do this in the new workflow, but we constantly have fund advisors calling and requesting all the fund statements for their funds. For those fund advisors managing more…

  4. In the Donor Portal, from Recommend a Grant tab, there's a highlighted alert that reads: NOTE: There is an active grant catalog happening. You can give here.

    Let's make this field editable so that folks who've changed the name of their Grant Catalog can offer consistent language for fund advisors.

  6. When generating the admin fees, I would like to see the total calculation that the fee is being processed on. It shows in a description box but not in a column on it's own (nor does it show the total). Would be very helpful to make sure fees are calculating on portfolio balances accurately. This was something that FIMS included on their admin fee report, it showed both the full portfolio balance along with the fee column.

  7. It would be incredibly helpful if there was a sort feature in the till. I would love a sort feature to organize gift id numbers in order. During my busy season, this was a huge, time-consuming headache. I resorted to using Ctrl + F to locate all the gift numbers that I needed in my deposit.

  8. We generate scholarship letters to both the school receiving the funds and to the students receiving the scholarship so they can send a thank-you to the donor making their scholarship available. The fields available to pull for scholarship letters do not include the fund contacts/donors of the scholarship, nor the name and address of the student receiving the scholarship, nor the student's name in First/Last order (only the Last/First order.) We created custom profile fields to pull out information that Foundant already has, but it is a cumbersome process. Can the fields/information available for the scholarship letters be reviewed to…

  9. Instead of having the Donate button in the Grant Catalog, have an field for each organization where an amount can be entered. This way a donor can give to mulitiple organizations without having to go back and forth from the catalog to the cart.

  10. There should be a way to know that a grantee is set up to receive ACH payments while you are entering the grant. Right now I have to go all the way back to the profile to see if they are ACH. This would help when choosing what letter template to use.

  12. Some of our Funds are Fiscal Sponorships and we'd like to use the Fund Advisor Portal for them to submit vendor payment or reimbursement requests. At the moment, their only option is a grant distribution request and there is no way to copy or reclassify the grant w/o manually re-entering the info.

  13. If a scholarship is retired or no longer being used, the ability to inactivate it would be helpful. This would allow that list of scholarships in the scholarships menu to just reflect active scholarships.

Allow for making a distribution to a Beneficiary on a fund "on hold" so that it will not be created when spendable grants are done. we have many funds that have beneficiaries as part of their fund agreement but the distribution is on hold for various reasons (the fundholders desire the fund to get to a certain level before making distributions, the fund is waiting for proceeds from life insurance, etc.). But we would like to have the beneficiary information created on the fund so it can easily be "activated" when the hold is removed.

  17. Donor portal - list vouchers in date order rather than by individual/organization. Many of my fund advisors want to see vouchers by date order rather than by individual/organization. I know you can export this information to get it in date order; however, it would be better if the Vouchers tab looked similar to the Contributions tab - in date order.

  18. When inputting donations, being able to see recent giving history from the "Add Donation" screen would be helpful. Something similar to the voucher side where you can see recent vouchers from vendors.
