Profile changes (ex: name, address) should not update historical information.
When a profile is updated with a name change or address change CSuite is then updating all historical items, example if a grantee had a check cut under on old name and they changed to a new org name that historical check is now showing that it was cut to the new name. Historical checks and gifts should remain static and not update to the new information.

Maximum Account Balance
For Cash Management and Balance Swap purposes, I would like to see an account maximum. We have several checking accounts that need balance transfers if they exceed a certain amount. For example, any balance over $500,000 in one checking account needs to be transferred to an investment account.

Custom Report Filter: "AND" "OR" logic within one filter
It would be nice to allow "AND" "OR" logic within one filter, esp. for textbox fields.
Right now the logic can only exist between different filters, but within one filter/field, there is no flexible logic built in for multiple criteria, nor does it allow using the same filter more than one time (with different values).Examples:
(1) filter "Prefix" is "Mr." OR "Mrs." OR "Ms." AND "not null".

profile type - add note option
Would like a notes option for each Profile Type so that you can add a little history about what your intention behind the profile type was. Could also help with old profile types that were integrated from FIMS that are listed a little differently in CSuite.

FA Portal: Change Label For "Fund Advisor" on Portal - Not Everyone with Access to the Portal is an Advisor
On the Fund Portal at the top the text says Fund Advisors for anyone who has access. This is confusing as many people with access are not Advisors (for example statement recipients for Designated funds). Please change this text to say something like Fund Access. This label is causing some of our people with fund access confusion about what level of access/advisory privileges they have. Fund Advisor is a specific term for Donor Advised Funds.

Donation Portal Tribute Uppercase/Lowercase
In the tribute options on the donation portal Memory is capitalized but honor is not. Can you please make both lower case?

Tribute "Bucket" notification
On the donation page, it would be great if the Tribute Bucket would also reflect when something is sitting there and needs attention. We try to check this regularly, but it's easy to forget when you are a small shop.

Please make new tributes default to private
Currently any tribute created is made public immediately. This leads to a lot of clean-up later. Could tributes be made private by default or could we have a setting that makes this an option?

Attach file when adding Donation
When creating a donation, I would love to have the option to drag my attachment directly into that page before having to process the donation.
I currently have to process the donation, then go into attach file and pull in my attachment there, and to finish up with posting it. It would simplify things for my workflow to just be able to drag my attachment into the screen where I'm creating a new donation. (We attach a copy of the check for all donations)

Expiry required for re-occurring tasks
Currently there is no expiry for re-ocurring tasks, you can set it up for intervals only which will continue until you remove them. At times, tasks are for a term period for example 2024-2028. Currently, in the year of 2028, you'd have to remember that the term was only 5 years and delete the task. This poses risk to process a task that shouldn't, vs having the option to input an expiry date for the task reminder to end in 2028.

Donor portal: Add a required check box when submitting a grant to confirm Grant Eligibility
It would be helpful to have donors acknowledge and confirm with a required checkbox before submitting a grant to confirm that the grant they are submitting is not to be used for Non-Eligible Grantees.
Meaning grants cannot be made for memberships, fulfillment of legally binding pledges, tickets to events, or anything else that provides benefits to the fund holder.
We have several donors that submit grant requests where this is unclear and we have to call and confirm. This checkbox would allow them to acknowledge and call us if any questions about the grant's intention come up.

Edit Guest Fields on Tickets in Campaigns
For some of our events we would like to eliminate the need for registrants to have to add addresses when we only need their name and email addresses. It's a lot of work when we don't need it.

Grant Catalog Character Limit
We like having the option to have more text in the long description for grant catalog requests, but sometimes this leads to very lengthy descriptions (more than our donors likely want to view as they scroll through the catalog). It would be great if we had the ability to set a character limit.

Envelope in Grants
It would be helpful to have the envelope function in grants to add the full contact person name when printing envelopes. Also when exporting the grant data it would be helpful to have the full contact name to the export for merging envelopes to print not just salutation. In my export you can see Salutation and Label and the label on an org profile the label uses the org name. Every time I export I have to go research the persons full name for envelope.

idea lab
Often when Foundant support is unable to help with a situation due to product limitations, they'll suggest that I submit it to the Idea Lab. I understand that I have a vested interest and want to see the product improve, but sometimes I'm in a state of doing my best to get work completed. I don't always have time to log into the Idea Lab, search to see if the idea is already out there, then, if it's not re-explain my situation in a new Idea Lab post.

Tributes sent - should be in the logs for the profile receiving the notification
Again, with my struggle for documenting when a tribute was sent and who & how it was sent to - please make this reportable.

address type - apply to all linked profiles
When you add or update the Address Type (Home, Work...etc.) why does this delineation not change when it asks if you want to change this on other linked profiles with the same address? It is very inefficient to update a household address and add 'home' as the address type, check the boxes hoping it gets labeled as such, only to go back in and see the address type is blank but the address has been updated. Can the address type be updated with the "update checked profiles with this change" option too. This affects reporting when you want to sort…

tax receipt labels in WORD, not pdf.
Please have the option of printing tax receipts labels in WORD. You can run the tax receipts letters in WORD or pdf, but not the labels. We have so many situations where we may need to edit the labels and cannot in the pdf form.
