  2. Save Button on left side menu

    It would be great to have the save button also located on the left side menu instead of at the bottom and/or top of the screen.

  3. Can we please have the option to select birthdays without a year or even a specific date?

    Sometimes we may know the Month and Year
    Other times, we may only know the Month and Day, but not a year.

    It is nice to capture this information for donor development

  5. Notes - many of our profiles have pages and pages of notes because currently each note is shown in it's entirety. I was wondering if we could only show the first 5 (?) lines of a note on the profile. Then have the option to click on a "show more" button or click on the note itself to get the full note to appear. This would allow for an 'at a glance' option to find the note we need to view.

  6. It would be great if a fund advisor could view notes made on a donation. We have a new fund where many donors have left very nice memorial notes on their donations, but the fund advisor can't view them. I have to go in and export them to excel and send them in a report.
    The fund was created in memory of his late wife and it would be nice for him to see those notes instead of having to wait for me to send a report.

  7. When setting up a new opportunity for a household (example new fund solicitation or bequest expectancy), it would be helpful if the household's opportunity showed up under both individual parties' profiles as well.

  8. It would be great if it were possible for the "Grant Type" (we use NTEE codes) to auto-populate from Guidestar when doing the Guidestar Charity Check. Currently, staff has to manually look them up in our organization's separate Guidestar account for each grantee when processing an award.

  9. Ability to attach a PDF of an email (or any document) to Notes. Then full context to note is readily available to all users. If this were implemented, a note is created with coding etc. , add a one line summary followed by "see attached"

When emailing grantees for Electronic Payments, there is the CC email field (which is great!) - it would be super helpful for this field to automatically pull in the Email from the grantee profile that is marked as "Pay". So that the email can automatically be sent to the grantee ED and the person who should be notified of payments.

  12. It would be helpful on the Bank Rec screen to be able to refresh or filter the screen based on checked/unchecked items. So once items have been checked off, you can refresh the screen to show only what has been left open. It would save a lot of time scrolling up and down while doing a rec.

It would be beneficial to be able to create a report (similar to that of the audit report) that shows a funds beginning balance, the change in the fund balance for the time period (donations, grants, expenses, investment earnings, etc). ending balance. The key here would be for it to be just 1 report with 1 fund showing all of the years that the fund has existed or at least data is in CSuite. This is possible with the audit report but only for 1 year at a time. A year over year income statement gets the year over year…

  14. It would be helpful to have the ability to have the grant description required in the donor portal when fund advisors are recommending grants. This will satisfy the need for a "purpose of grant" for Donor Advised Funds.

  15. When a donation is entered into the system, it would be helpful if any campaigns or opportunities associated with that profile were displayed, so that the gift can be properly credited. There could be an alert that displays as soon as the profile is chosen, if the profile is connected to a campaign or opportunity. This would be a big help when tracking the success of a mailing campaign, for instance.

  17. It would be helpful if we could enter multiple contacts for an organization based on the inquiry (director, grants, treasurer, etc.). As of now, we either have to put additional contacts in a note or create multiple profiles for the same organization in order to have multiple contacts.

  19. Balance Swap - Edit Amounts

    The Balance Swap feature is extremely helpful, but it would be better if you could change the amount for the balance swap that is needed. In some instances, a fund needs a balance swap, but I would like the ability to make two different swaps on different days.
