    Please update the public security quantity field to allow for 3 decimal places. We receive donations broken out to the thousandth place and cannot enter them correctly.

  2. Recurring Grants - Donor Portal View

    When donors submit a recurring grant through the portal, the request itself is listed in their grant history, in addition to each grant distribution. If we enter the recurring grant through CSuite, they do not see any indication that the grant is recurring in the donor portal.

    We would love for donors to see a similar record when we create a recurring grant to when they submit a recurring request, indicating that we have entered the grant as recurring, with the amount, frequency, and start date, as well as max recurrences.

  3. ACH Letter Batch similar to Grant Letter Batch

    We allow grantees to receive payments via ACH (especially those who are fund beneficiaries who receive grant distributions each year). We may process up to 100 of these at 1 time, so it would be very helpful to be able to pull a batch of ACH Grant letters (which are emailed to grantees) as we do with grant letters that are paid by check.

  5. Recurring Donations Communication to Donors

    Currently, there does not appear to be a way for C-Suite to generate information in a tax receipt that includes confirmation of the set up of a recurring gift if a donor sets this up online. So, there is no communication generated to the donor thanking them for their recurring gift. Instead, they only receive the standard email/tax receipt acknowledging the current gift.

    If we wanted to send a communication to our donors acknowledging the details of the recurring gift (how often, amount, end date etc.), we would have to send emails manually. I am concerned about the extra steps…

  6. 4th Equity bucket

    In Canada many foundations put the interest & earnings from the investment pool into a stand-alone equity account as a reserve or capital stabilization account. CSuite can only support 3 defined equity accounts. In order to put this into the account each month it is a manual journal entry from the default fund balance equity account to the 4th equity account. If the system were able to support this 4th equity bucket/account it would allow this process to be more automated; reduce manual intervention & risk for errors.

  7. Add Formula Fields to Custom Reports

    It would be very helpful if simple formula calculation fields could be available in custom reports. For example, when creating a fund report with current fund balance and spendable balance fields included, the ability to add a field that would calculate % of spendable balance to total fund balance for each fund included in the report.

  8. Bank reconciliations

    It would be helpful on the Bank Rec screen to be able to refresh or filter the screen based on checked/unchecked items. So once items have been checked off, you can refresh the screen to show only what has been left open. It would save a lot of time scrolling up and down while doing a rec.

    Allow for a distribution type to be added with a percent type as 0.0000%. Some funds don't have a spending policy or are calculated manually. We need the ability to track those.

  10. Change color in search bar for deceased profiles

    Make deceased profiles a different color to easily distinguish when searching. It's hard to see the (deceased) when there is a lot of text, especially for very common names. Or maybe have a way to exclude deceased profiles in your search bar.

  11. Remove campaign group name from event name

    Once an event with an online ticket is created, when you click on the ticket to make your purchase, the campaign group name (which should only be seen on the back end) is showing up in front of the Event Name, making the event name appear to have a typo or be unusually worded.

    For example, I have an online event called "Senora Stacy Horton Sanchez Scholarship Art Auction", which I assigned to the campaign group "Scholarships." Once someone clicks on the actual ticket link to make the purchase, then the Event Name appears as "Scholarships Senora Stacy Horton Sanchez…

  12. Ability to Sort Columns in Balance Swap

    We are having a tough time making our balance swap an efficient process. It would help tremendously to be able to sort any of the columns in the "Balance Swaps as Needed" section. Being able sort the "account to" and "account from" columns would be amazing, but all of them would be great. Thanks

    New report that would have the whole year budget, monthly and YTD for closed months, budget to actual dollar variance, and budget to actual percentage variance.

  14. General Ledger Search

    When searching the General Ledger - Show Transactions the "account type" box does not pull just that type. It pulls all accounts. When you pull from this area it shows the description and the Pdescription. When you try to search through the filter option you don't get both and the "description" is actually the Pdescription. Please fix.

    On fund statement templates, be able to pull the fund advisor name and company in a normal usage AND SALUTATION.
    For example templates currently pull info like this:

    Doe, John
    123 Main Street
    Anytown, OH 43003

    Dear Doe, John:
    (no company, backwards name, and no salutaion)

    It would be reasonable to expect:
    John Doe
    The Doe Company
    123 Main Street
    Anytown, OH 43003

    I have been able to get the name in correct order by putting it in the mailing label but it doesn't pull the company name unless I put it in the address section, which of…

  16. Add fields to sync between glm and C-Suite

    We are implementing the National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities (NTEE) coding system for our grants. As such there is a custom field in our GLM application form for the "Project Taxonomy Code", but this field does not carry over when GLM grants are synced to CS and we consequently have to re-choose the taxonomy code in the "Grant Type" box in CS. Can you please add the functionality to somehow sync custom fields between CS and GLM?

  17. Access to campaign (event) data by Fund Advisors

    Fund Advisors should be able to at least view (if not manage/edit) Campaigns attached to their funds. We facilitate events to some degree for our clients, but don't manage the day to day planning, RSVP list, etc. As it is, we have to provide them a guest list manually. They prefer to use other systems like Event Brite, etc., since they have much more control. When they do, we have to manually enter their ticket sales income... The real benefit of the Campaign system for us would be to empower clients to run their own events!

  19. portal access when donor hasn't set password

    Hi! It would be helpful to have an easy way to see what a Portal account will look like without having to have the donor set their password already. It is strange to me that as an Admin, I do not have a way to access a donor's portal to answer questions about how it will work for them if they have not set up their own access yet. Admins should be able to log in to any portal account at any time, in my opinion.
