  1. It would be nice to have the ability to apply a percentage or dollar amount of a donation to the spendable and the remainder to the endowed portion. We have some funds that have been setup this way but currently the donation has to be entered as two separate donations in order to achieve the split.

    Come on guys, this makes sense and is a nice option for donors to see clearly and for those who receive the notices to get a personal note.   3. Nice that you added the ability to designate required fields for profiles. An enhancement would be to indicate which fields are required when creating a new profile --- such as an asterisk or red field label to indicate that a field is required. Rather than clicking Save only to find that those fields were not filled in.

  4. If there is a market loss, there is potential that a fund could be pushed under water without any kind of warning. Would like the system to pop up a warning if posting revenue share will push the fund under water.

  5. On fund statement templates, be able to pull the fund advisor name and company in a normal usage AND SALUTATION.
    For example templates currently pull info like this:

    Doe, John
    123 Main Street
    Anytown, OH 43003

    Dear Doe, John:
    (no company, backwards name, and no salutaion)

    It would be reasonable to expect:
    John Doe
    The Doe Company
    123 Main Street
    Anytown, OH 43003

  7. Although the bulk edits are handy, it would be better if we could do the edits by fund group or some other filter. The "Set Tab Permissions" button has this functionality, but the "Set notify" and "Set Statement Type" do not - it is all or nothing. All the bulk edits should have the same functionality.

  9. As a small community foundation, we have a fund holder who has the local artistic community creating about two dozen posters to promote freedom of expression. They'll be "sold" (given as premiums) for a donation to a C-Suite campaign. Each poster design is offered as one ticket.

    We are running into the limitations of the C-Suite Ticket object here. We need each ticket to be able to add CUSTOM ADDITIONAL FIELDS similar to the way the Note field works at present. We would want Shipping Address for fulfillment on each item.

  10. It would be great if there was a way for fund advisors to see their fund activity broken down by year in the portal. For example, they could click on "2023" and see all the donations, grants, etc. for that specific year in one place.

  11. It would be great if the system could trigger a pop up/warning if there is a duplicate donation in the cart (amount or fund or both) before it goes through the payment process. We're finding that every now and again a donor has not noticed the duplicate payment and has transacted twice when they only meant to once.

  12. Add more payment methods for Recurring Donations. I have some donors that prefer ACH'd donations every month that come directly to our Bank Account. It would be nice if I could add a recurring donation for the same amount every month and have it marked either Other Payment or Check.

  13. When entering a recurring grant through fund manager or directly through Csuite, there is currently no option to specifically enter a calendar end date. There is the option to choose the "number of recurring" or "max recurrence," but there is no option to choose an actual calendar year end date for the recurring grant. For example, if I want to end quarterly gifts on 1/5/2028 that began on 10/5/2021, instead of putting the end date as "1/5/2028" I actually have to count the recurrence as 26 and put in that specific number.   15. It would add so much to our internal workflow if permissions allowed us to specify access to custom fields on each record type. For example, we track succession plans as a custom field on the fund record. Our fund liaisons want to be able to edit those selections if/when a fundholder changes them. However we cannot give them access to edit the custom field on the fund record without them having full access to edit a fund record (which we do not want).

  16. We would like to link the profile of the Professional Advisor and/or Firm who brought a donor to our organization within the Opportunity. Currently we are using a Custom Field (Text) but would like the ability to link the opportunity directly to the profile of the referral source.

When marking an opportunity related task "done" and subsequently adding a note, the note shows up on the profile of the household and/or individual, but not on the fund profile DESPITE the fund field being specified. In normal notes, if you make a note in a profile and add the fund, the note will show up under the fund, too. This does not happen with the opportunity task notes, which is not efficient or streamlined. It would greatly enhance opportunities if the task notes show up under the fund designated in the notes, just like normal notes.

  18. We use the mailchimp integration with CSuite and would love to have the ability to batch update the bounced emails as "Do not email." Currently these have to be done individually, which takes a lot of time when you have over 100 to do.

  19. We would like an option for changes to households to populate/update the individual profiles linked to that household.

    Now, when we make an address change or a change to Profile Types for a household profile, we must make the same changes to each individual profile linked to that household - in other words, we often must make the same exact edit on three or more profiles.

  20. Hello, the new profiles are great! would it be possible for the tabs to indicate if there is information on the tab? For instance by color or bold lettering. Then you would not have to open every to know if there was data. This would be so helpful.
