  1. Fund statement - show investment strategy as a pie chart or table

    Thank you for recently adding a code so that we can insert the name of a fund's investment strategy on the Fund Statement.

    We would love this to be expanded a bit... could you also develop a way for us to display a CHART showing the underlying percentage by account, making up that investment strategy?

    Probably like a lot of other Community Foundations, we have 4 investment pools. Each "investment strategy" is defined as whatever percentage a fund has invested in each of the 4 available pools.

  3. campaign mailing labels

    Pleeeeease either have the campaign mailing labels in Word doc format, alphabetical by last name or make a better export. The PDF labels are NOT in alphabetical order...no idea what order is used. AND there are so many doubles because it prints the persons home AND work addresses. Printing from guest list doesn't include the person's work. Exporting the list produces a list that is alphabetical by PREFIX, then FIRST name...who does that? So it lists all the Dr. then Mr. and Mrs. then Mr. then Ms.

  4. balance swap

    As we are working through learning the balance swap process we thought it would be incredibly helpful if the totals were to appear at the bottom of the balance swap so that you could double check the amount to be transferred.

  5. Allow reports for Org roles to show if the role is active or not

    Currently you are able to set Org roles as inactive or active, but it is not reportable. This means when a report is built to list those associated with the org roles, it shows all profiles with no way of sorting the ones that are currently active. It would be great if we could filter by whether or not that are active, or how some indication (like italics) that show the difference.

  7. general ledger - show all lines as entered

    Currently, general ledger entries that are made to the same account are "lumped" together after the transaction is posted. I think it is important to show the line item detail as entered for audit purposes. Generally these entries tie to another supporting document.

  8. Create a template for invoices

    CSuite should have a template for invoices, similar to for grant letters and thank you letters.

    The current default invoice does not work well is very hard to use. We often don't use it when we should and instead create Word doc invoices. This is because:
    1) We can't put in any additional information, description, contact info, etc. on the invoice
    2) the format is not professional looking.
    3) We cannot download and edit it and print it and send a paper copy to someone.

    4) There is no way to indicate that the invoice has been paid (this is…

  9. RSVP Count in Campaigns

    When invitees are added to a campaign, the list is broken up over several pages. A 600 person list might have 4-5 pages, for example.

    The RSVP count should show a total on the front page. However, the RSVP count shows a separate total for EACH page. One must click through all pages, then manually add up the RSVP numbers for a total.

    Please, fix this.

  11. Donor is randomly misspelled "doner". Search and correct! We're not kebabs!

    Donor is misspelled as "doner" throughout. I most recently encountered it today when pulling a Donor Report into Excel and the header of one columns said "doner_ID" - please search and destroy these mistakes. MANY thanks.

  12. Option to print Grant letters from Grant Record rather than Check record

    Please consider allowing users to print the Grant letters from the Grant Record rather than the Check Record. In Permissions, anyone who can see grant checks can see all checks, including payroll checks.

    Perhaps you could add an option from the grant payment schedule line to reprint the grant letter. It could be placed between checkid and checkdate.

  13. Copy Fund to Create

    There should be a copy button within a fund to use to create new funds. Often we'll set up multiple new funds that are of a similar type with the same restrictions, groups, subgroups, original donor, advisers, etc. It would be nice to just use a fund already set up to create the new one and make the minor changes needed manually instead of setting each one up from scratch.

  14. Till/Deposit Edit Report

    In order to have a second person double check deposits made are entered correctly, it would be excellent to be able to print a report that lists out all information for a specific till #. (ALL INFO for a donation donor name, donor address, account it went into, donation total)

    Currently the till print out is OK, as it gives an ID number, and we can navigate in the system to find the transactions - but it would be 10x easier if we had a print out to check against!

  18. Bulk Upload Files to Fund Advisor Portal

    It would be very helpful to be able to bulk upload files to the fund advisor portal so that the documents are available either to all users of the portal or all users with grant recommendation privileges, etc. For example, to make our quarterly investment performance report available to all users or to make guidance for donor advised grantmaking available to all users with advisory privileges.

  19. Sandbox Sync Date

    It would be nice to know when the last time the sandbox was synced. It could be a simple status line System Data. Better yet, maybe something that everyone could see, like in the red "this is your test site" line - "this is your test site (mm/dd/yy)". But having access to it anywhere would be great.

  20. filename of tax receipt letter

    We very much like that we can generate and send the tax receipt letters out by email from within CSuite.

    However, the pdf letter that gets generated and attached to the email has a long strange filename which can be concerning for some wary of files with viruses. The filename looks something like 92b81c76-8015-4099-a6b8-11d8beddb983.pdf.

    Can the filename be made to be something that is more recognizable? i.e. DonorTaxReceipt
