  1. We like the idea of the suggested donation levels but would love to have them be customizable for our Affiliate/Supporting Org pages. Our giving circle has a specific membership level and it would be great to have that amount be the suggested donation for that page while having other suggested donation amounts for the general donation page. Thanks for considering.

  2. We have profiles with a Primary address and a different Mailing address. When creating a report we are not able to have Mailing Address as a field, only whether or not there is a mailing address. Could the Mailing Address be a radial button like the Pay and Primary addresses are? This may also help with Campaigns . . . If a profile has a Mailing Address, that is the address used. If not, the Primary Address is used. Currently we get labels for both Primary and Mailing Address and one needs to be removed. Thank you.

  3. It would be helpful to have the envelope function in grants to add the full contact person name when printing envelopes. Also when exporting the grant data it would be helpful to have the full contact name to the export for merging envelopes to print not just salutation. In my export you can see Salutation and Label and the label on an org profile the label uses the org name. Every time I export I have to go research the persons full name for envelope.

  4. It would be helpful to allow multiple types of entries in the donor portal when a fundholder is requesting a grant. For example, if a fundholder types "$25,000" including a dollar sign and a comma, an error sign comes up ("must be a decimal number".) The fundholder needs to type in 25000 for the grant to go through. Allowing $25,000 would help reduce frustration.

  5. Please have the date format consistent throughout the system. MM/DD/YYYY. If you add dates to someone's org role, the formatting starts with the year. Other places it will start with the month. It would be really helpful if they were consistent.

  6. When you add or update the Address Type (Home, Work...etc.) why does this delineation not change when it asks if you want to change this on other linked profiles with the same address? It is very inefficient to update a household address and add 'home' as the address type, check the boxes hoping it gets labeled as such, only to go back in and see the address type is blank but the address has been updated. Can the address type be updated with the "update checked profiles with this change" option too. This affects reporting when you want to sort…

  7. At this time, no fields are available in custom reports. There is a wonderful report built into the grant card groups (just by hitting the export button), but there is no way to recreate this in custom reports for all grant cards together. Instead you have to manually click into each grant card group and export each group to it's own file. This is not a good solution. If the grant card fields can be exported into an excel file from the grant card group, can we please add these to custom reports so that we can actually make use…

  8. When a grantee updates their contact information in GLM, it would be nice if that information would sync over to CS either automatically or into a queue to be accepted or ignored. That way both systems are showing the same information and grantees/students can update their information in a way that reflects across all systems.

  9. It would be most helpful, on the budget entry screen, if the 3 columns on the left that identify the individual accounts (Type, Account, and the Account Name) remained in view as one scrolls to the right across to different departmental budgets. We run 5 organizations, each with a multitude of active funds, and it's quite difficult to isolate a certain GL for entry within a fund that's a far distance to the right across the funds list.

  11. I'd like to see a link to "create" another entry immediately after posting a manual admin fee, distribution, or journal entry. It's cumbersome to have to back up multiple screens to get back to the "create" link.

  12. At year-end, is there a field that is or could be made available in the fund statement template that will pull the calculated spendable for the upcoming year for each fund? Right now I use a custom field and bulk update.

  13. Sometimes we need to change an expense code on an AP voucher after that month has been closed. Would love some functionality that would allow this in a subsequent month. The current workaround is a JE but that means the voucher has the wrong code for 1099 purposes.

  14. We round the distribution calculation the the $1.00 (rounding behavior: Normal). When an amount of.49 cents or less is calculated a transaction posts to the fund for $0.00. I know there is the option to uncheck the distribution calculation in the preview stage but we have over 1,600 funds to comb through and we have many agency funds with minimal fund balances that we keep open upon agency request.

  15. When you add a regular task to a profile or fund, you have the option to share with others. When you add an opp task, you do not have that option and instead you must create the task, edit the task and then share with others. It would save SO much time if this feature could be added to opportunity tasks.

  16. The grant card template (giving card acknowledgement/receipt, not tax receipt) is available as a template and can be sent manually from the donor's grant card page, but the process is unable to be automated.

    Donors should receive a letter letting them know how their grant card was spent. There is no reason this shouldn't be automated just like every other template. And if they aren't going to be automated, they need to at least show a timestamp after one is manually sent so that it is clear that a letter has been sent.

  17. When you mark a profile deceased, it is automatically marked inactive and you have to reopen it to make that change. Not all deceased profiles are inactive - we pull them frequently but if they're also marked inactive they might not get pulled.

  18. Add same field options for the envelope template that are on the year-end receipt template. The names on the bulk year-end envelopes are not the same that print on the letter.

  19. We would like to be able to print a letter for an internal grant. Currently, when we process a grant from a DAF to another foundation fund, it prompts to choose if we want a tax receipt and then we can select a tax receipt template, but there is no option to print. We understand this isn't a tax receipt, but often need to notify a donor confirmation their grants have been made, even when it is to one of our funds and not an external recipient.
