  2. We'd like the ability to limit profile access based on profile designations. For example, if a profile has the Vendor designation activated, only certain staff should be able to edit the profile. Right now there is only 1 set of profile permissions that isn't dependent on the designations.

  3. Before the system automatically creates a profile, add a 'review' step with options to choose to create the profile or add to an existing profile, or place the new profiles in a buffer where they can be easily identified and reviewed.

    Auto-creation of profiles from event checkout, and online donations, is challenging our ability to maintain the integrity of our database.

  4. When updating an address to become inactive on a household, the option to update other matching addresses in the individual profiles pops up. Please remove this pop-up, as it's not possible to extend the 'inactive' status when checking the boxes. OR, allow the active/inactive settings to be extended to other profiles when checking the box. It seems ridiculous to offer an option to take action when literally no action can be taken.

  5. I attached a photo of what Community Suite shows when a profile is updated and there are other profiles that had the same phone, email or address that matched the record you just changed. This function worked previously, but it no longer functions. When the boxes are checked noting if you want to change values for the other profiles as well, the updated address does not change on any of the profiles selected. Again, this function used to work and it was very helpful. I would love to see it work the way it is designed to. Thanks!

  6. Please make the visible on-screen Profile address fields/windows LONGER. When you are entering a particularly long address, it is difficult to keep track of what you are entering.

  7. In Portal Options> Portal Settings allow the settings to be more granular. For example, allow 'profile updates' to be set only on profiles with 'Student' designation.

  9. It would be great if the Import Donations file had options/fields to add Advisor information. When there are giving campaigns such us Giving Days, we receive multiple donations through a third party. EX: Colorado Gives Day donations are done through Colorado Gives Foundation. We would like to import the donations individually but Colorado Gives Foundation needs to be the primary donor and the individual donors are the advisors. Thank you!

  10. We would like to enable the “interest types” option in fund advisor portal. However, we have several grant types/interest types that we don’t want displayed publicly, and according to support you either have to display all or nothing. It would be great if there could be a "make public" checkbox or something on that order, so you could fill in the public display name and check whether or not you want that grant type displayed in the portal or not.

  11. I would like to propose a change of the drop-down "ACTION" choices. Instead of the current default "replace with validated address" have the "Do nothing" as the default. This is helpful and will save time because profiles may have old addresses that we dont need to touch. Choosing the "do nothing" as the default will allow us to only click what is needed. Also, change the caps to lower, as someone else suggested, please. Thank you

  12. I would like to see all necessary information directly on the profile page. Example: A donor walks in & I wasn't expecting them. I would like to see all activity they have done in the past without having to search around for it. I know I can click on vendor then on vouchers, but I would like it to be easily accessible. Thank you!

  13. Please add the option to add particular custom fields to the edit menu of specific designations. For instance, it would be amazing if we could add a custom field to the Grantee designation's Edit menu.

    This would allow me to choose particular custom fields that would show on the edit menu of one or all of the specific profile designations. When I go to that Designation and click Edit, I will see the custom field I added and the ability to input/select a response for the custom field.

  16. Our alumni are marked using custom fields. It would be helpful to be able to change these records to the new Alumni Designation using bulk updates and to have an option to import alumni records.

  17. We have so many duplicates in our system that do not pop up in the "duplicates" tab because they are not a 100% match.

    For example, John Doe and Mr. John Doe would not populate as a duplicate because of the title.

    Can there be a function that detects possible duplicates that may match 90%?

  18. An Organization Profile can have individual profiles connected in certain Org Roles (e.g. Treasurer, Development Officer). There is a setting to set a connected individual profile as "Primary" but I understand this is only for reporting. Can that Primary profile also be set as the default grantee contact on grants going to the Org (affecting the email the grant letter is sent to and any applicable merge fields too)? Or maybe having the option to choose from list of Org Role profiles when creating a grant.

    1. Duplicates are not being caught if the profile has a prefix or suffix vs. the same profile without the prefix or suffix listed. For Example, Dr. Audrey Hauser vs. Audrey Hauser are the same people but are not being reported as a duplicate. Could we have C-Suite ignore prefix and suffix to catch duplicates?

    2. Duplicate households are not being caught if household names are inverse. For example, Hauser, Audrey & Olson, Cameron vs. Olson, Cameron and Hauser, Audrey are the same households but not being reported as duplicates by C-Suite.   19. When an photo is uploaded into C-Suites, it covers up what type of file it is (individual, household, organization.) This has limited our use of that part of the product.

    It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to display what type of file it is if uploading a photo.
