990 Donor Report: Ability to generate based on profile type
On the 990 Report, allow for bulk action of adding profile type so we can use the profile type to generate a custom report showing each donation detail for the donors who are on the 990.

Report on Donations filtered based on tax receipt template/type
Be able to run a report where we can filter donations by tax receipt template type. We are receiving IRA QCD and are wanting a report that will show gifts that we received for that type of receipt specifically.

Add totals to reports
When pulling a grant report, voucher report, funds report, and several others, there is no total included when you select 'see all'. We have to export the report and have excel calculate it. It would be much easier and faster if it was included. With the Funds report, it includes to totals of each fund type but not the total of funds. It would also help if that report showed the percentage of assets in that fund type.

Abiltiy to Include Advised donation dates in First Donation Date
Currently, when I run reports for new donors using the First Donation Date the report is inaccurate because I am not able to filter and/or see their advised donation dates.
For example, if someone always gives through their DAF but gave today through CC the reports says they are new based on the First Donation Date but that is not accurate, because they have given before through other charitable vehicles.

Add Filters to Fund Summary Reports
When completing a fund summary report for a specific calendar year, CSuite generates the exact report I need with graphs and great overall information including fund group balances, donations and grants. However, I need to filter this report one step further for particular divisions. I am unable to add filters or edit the report in anyway. I'd appreciate this feature be added to these fund summary reports to alleviate creating multiple and tedious sperate reports.

Scheduled Report Pickup within System instead of Email
Could you all add a report pickup location within the system for scheduled reports to be run and then downloaded from within the system? Currently, scheduled reports only have an email option which raises security concerns for donor or financial information being sent unencrypted over email to users.
Ideas could include putting a time line for expiration for scheduled report downloads (i.e., they are only saved in the pickup location for 24 hours) to prevent clutter.

Add # of Gifts field to Profile reports
You recently added "First Gift Date" and "Last Gift Date" as fields you can see on a profile report. It would be nice if you also added a "# of Gifts" field.

Tributes: Need template in tribute custom report
We have a custom report entitled 1303 Daily Tribute Card Recipient Report. We would like to be able to include the template used to create the tribute as a cross-check in the report. While template is a field in Tributes, we cannot pull it in to any reports.
We have various templates of different orientation(s) i.e., vertical, horizontal, mother's day No basket (horizontal) and mother's day With basket (horizontal). We would like to be able to check that the correct template was pulled in.

Allow editing a custom report name, description or sharing without having to save as a different report
It is fantastic we can now just use "Save" in custom reports to save updates to an established report. It would be mind blowing if we could also have the option to EDIT the report to update the description, the shared toggle or even the name without using "Save As" and deleting the older report.

Reports to automatically filter on "last date" and default by the user's report
Reports should automatically upload user's personal reports by default, and be able to sort by date

Please add Profile Log to the Profile options in custom reports so that we can identify which profiles are being set up by Stripe. This will help us with our Profile clean up process. Thanks!

Allow 'StripeID' to be a field that can be included as a column in reports and be filtered on
To assist with knowing which profiles have been created via Stripe, add 'StripeID' as an available field in profile reports for including as a column and as a filter. This will help with identifying duplicate profiles due to Stripe not matching on criteria specified. Not all duplicates show in the Duplicates listing.

Improved chart info selection for reports
Currently to change your Chart Info selection from one field to another, you must unselect the current field and then select your new field. Otherwise it will show Null for your labels or nothing in the chart values. Ideally you would be able to select your new field and it would automatically unselect the other field from that Chart Info type (Description/X-Axis or Data Value) since only one can be selected for the current chart types.

upload IDs with Donor ID
Currently, you need the Profile ID or Fund ID to do an Upload in Custom Reports... could we add the option to upload by Donor ID?

CRA reporting
For the new CRA Reporting function, running a T3010 report of grantees does not include schools. We issue our scholarships directly to the universities, so we need the report to include these payments.
I thought when I ran it initially the schools were there, but running it now for our auditors, they are not. A fix would be great, thanks!

990 Report - Option to filter to DAF
We need the option to filter to show only DAF gifts and grants. The current report shows all donations. We are also required in Schedule D to show only DAF donations and grants. This cannot be accomplished with the 990 Report.

Report on 1st time donors to a fund, including fund advisors
As a community foundation, we would like to know who are the first time donors to our operating fund on an annual basis. While we can run a donor report with information on individual donors (like first date and last date of donations), we receive a lot of donations from institutional funds (Fidelity, Schwab, etc) and it isn't possible to bring fund advisor information into that report.

Add Profile Fund Category to Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report
Can you add the Profile Fund Categories to the Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report? We establish tab settings based on the profile fund category.
We have been unable to find any other report that combines the tabs with the profile fund categories, fund advisors and fund information.

Report field to indicate if a grant is a multi-fund grant
It would be great to have a field within custom reports that indicates if a grant is a multi-fund grant or not. Currently there is no way to show this and multi-fund grants appear as individual grants based on the fund rather than one grant that is paid separately. This makes reporting on multi-fund grants a very manual process.

11 votesIn Grants, select reports in the left hand menu. Next, select the date range for your reporting need. The master grant id is a column on the far right of this report. This would indicate if the grant is a multi-fund grant.
