Report Filtering
When running reports, it would be helpful to expand filtering options in general. For example, I can currently add a filter for "Ref" under the Notes report and stipulate "NOT profilepayment" but I cannot add multiples such as "NOT profilepayment and NOT donation". The help desk said the only way to do this would be to build multiple reports. I've run into this filtering limitation with other reports/fields as well.

Add Email address "Other Detail" to a reporting object.
The email address has an associated data field named "Other Detail". There is not a way to add the email address "Other Detail" field to a report. The "Other Detail" field is currently only viewable in the CSuite application screen. We would like to use the email "Other Detail" field to hold codes to subscriptions allowed at that address.
There is a similar data field for the Phone number named "Detail" which is available in a reporting object.

Create a report for removed files "found to contain a virus and no longer accessible"
We had an attached file removed by the system and it was only by chance that it was noticed.
An auto email notifying of removal, or the ability to have on demand or regularly scheduled reports listing removed files so they can be re-uploaded would be useful.

In report filters, provide the option for the primary city to filter on multiple values.

More Relative Date options: Yesterday and Today
Please add yesterday and today for relative date filtering. We have a lot of scheduled reports we have set to this week, when we really need to check yesterday's or today's information. There is also not a great way to see only today's date unless you put the date in the range which is not intuitive and would take more work than just having a relative date option.

Opening Fund Amount
My community foundation does a lot of reporting with opening fund balances. I would love a reporting field option to pull opening fund balance or maybe even just the first donation amount.

Add "Do Not Enforce Spendable" as a Field/Filter in Custom Reporting
Please add the "Do Not Enforce Spendable" field from the fund restrictions settings as a field and filter to the fund custom report.
Currently, it is not possible to report or filter on this field whatsoever.

custom report check date field
Please create a type of custom report that can include these two fields: check date and voucher description. Currently, check date is only available on a check voucher report and voucher description field is only available on a voucher item report. To have both of these fields in one report we need to manually export and combine these reports in excel. A custom report that allows both of these fields would be super helpful for 1099 reporting.

Profile Payment Item custom report
Allow data from the item to be reported such as the fund name and not just from the profile payment. You can add multiple donations and invoices to a profile payment that are being put into funds other than the initial one entered on the profile payment. We utilize the information multiple times a day to create confirmation of correct information entry. We want to know when there are both donations and invoices on a profile payment. But knowing the different funds, when there are multiple donations is just as important.

Pledge Balances in Custom Reports
Add pledge balance as a field to donation, pledge, and pledge payment custom reports.
Currently pledge balance is only available when the pledge is linked to an opportunity.

Campaign field on donation report
I would like in a donation report to pull the campaign field. This way we could have a much more detailed donation report or group donations by campaign. Because we would like to see donations that came in because of a campaign and ones not from the campaign in one report. Right now there isn't a way to do this without using the external API and building it in PowerBI.

Create Report that Combines Profiles default report, Profile Log fields and Logs fields
Please create a report that includes the Logs fields When (date and time), Who (who initiated the system action), Ref (link to the specific system action), Log Message (summary of the action) and the Profile Log fields When (date and time), What (profile update information), Who (who initiated the profile update) with all the fields available in the Profiles default report.
Please allow filtering by all of these fields.
This will allow us to see relevant information about updates to profiles all in one place, including profile name and ID, date, user, system action and summary of action.

Report Editing
Currently you cannot edit someone else's report, you have to "Save As" and delete old report. It would be nice to either have an "Edit" option, similar to "Share" or if you select "Share", it would allow them to also edit.

Candid/GuideStar Grants Report
Candid (GuideStar) asks non-profits to provide a list of grants data annually. They use a specific template (attached). It would be helpful to have a default report already created so that we can generate the information more easily and consistent with their template.

Primary Contact Field in Reports
You can set a primary contact for an organization. But there is no way to pull that into a report. We prefer not to set the contact on the actual organization profile because it then prints that name on a check. There is no way to pull primary contact as a field in a report. It would be great if this was a reportable field so we can create effective and efficient contact lists.

Option to Sort Custom Reports by Date Last Run
On the Custom Reports page, have option to sort by Date Last Run oldest - newest. This would help with cleaning up old reports if the report list is lengthy and if they haven't been run in a few years.

Unique URLs to Easily Share Reports
It would be great to be able to email a URL link for a Report, so Users can quickly access shared reports, rather than having to tell them the report name and hope they find it on their own. Currently URL for all reports is: https://columbusfdn.fcsuite.com/erp/report/display
I know there is functionality to email reports, but those don't have live links to profiles, so that is less ideal for many projects and processes.

Custom Reporting: Portal Edit Report
To maintain data integrity and streamline auditing/reviewing, I propose a Fund Advisor Portal Edit Report that tracks fund advisor profile modifications in the portal. This report would summary any changes that the fund advisor makes to their profile within the portal. This would include, change of username, address, phone number, the new banking information, TIN, SSN, etc. Currently, an email is sent to say there was a change but users have to go into the log to find what was changed or updated. If created, this report will improve oversight, ensuring accurate data and easier auditing/reviewing.
