  1. It would be SO helpful for the primary email that gets pulled in to email grant letters be for the development person (or whoever should get the letter). This is usually different than the primary email for the grantee (CEO, info account, etc.). I think the best way to do this is on the profile have the ability to mark an email for specific tasks (primary, grant letter recipient, etc.). Thanks!

  3. Pending Grants in the "New" bucket entered by an internal user are visible on the fund advisor portal. These amounts are still in draft form and have not been posted or approved. It would prevent issues if there was a separate tab for grants entered by internal users or when entering a grant to list the external users who will be able to see it or even a "publish to the portal" option for unposted grants.

  4. Instead of going into each grant individually, have an option (similar to Set Grant Type) when the grants are in the Voucher bucket to where you can bulk edit/select grant template letter.

  5. It would be great if there were a total when batch creating vouchers in the grants area. There are totals in each area of of the process such as posting, and approving, but not during the batch voucher.

  6. There are times throughout the year where it is necessary to put several recurring grants into the system to set everything up for the next year or based upon requests from a fund holder. In order to do this it has to be done one by one in the system. It would be helpful to have a way to get several recurring grants into the system via a front-end import.

  7. It would be useful to have more interval options than are available for recurring grants. In particular, we would like to have an 'every other year' option.

    An archived idea once suggested a 'twice a month' interval, so other foundations do occasionally wish to set up recurring grants outside of standard intervals.

  9. We have many donor advised funds with multiple advisors. There are often times when they want two or more advisors listed on the same grant. Is there a way to add this option? Otherwise we need to contact the grantee and let them know all of the advisors involved in a grant.

  10. We would like to see CSuite generate notifications to grant approvers for recurring grants to help remind staff when the grant is due to go out. A generated email with general grant information would be extremely helpful.

  12. When changing a grantee after having ran the Charity Check in C-suite, it would be great that the Charity Status Check gets cleared with the change as right now it keeps the date from the previous grantee and doesn't stop you from pushing the grant to GLM if using that function.

  13. We would like for the option to pick a Fiscal Sponsor on the Grantee Designation of a grantee's profile so that it automatically populates on a grant record when it is created for that grantee. Similar to how the Grant Type field on the Grantee Designation automatically populates on a grant record, this would save us time and clicks.

  14. When posting a grant, the system should check the balance of the fund no matter what the grant date or posting date is. Currently the system only checks the fund balance and gives a warning message if the grant date and date it's being posted are the same. If the grant date is in the future (as all of ours are), the system will allow you to post grants over the balance in the fund. As we are not posting grants on the same day as the grant date, it would be ideal if the system would give a warning…

  15. I think grants in the various buckets used to be sorted by grantID by default, but now I can't tell how they're sorted. I know I can choose any column to sort by, but can it go back to default sorting by grantID like before? Thanks for considering.

  16. Please add an edit option to the distribution calculation after you click review and before posting. More than 100 of our scholarships have a defined payout. I change each amount to the defined payout which is shown in the distribution type. (We have 25 different distribution types with a define payout). Sometimes I hit the enter button and it goes to the next page before I finish. Would like to be able to go back in and edit the remaining without creating a new distribution calculation.   17. Grant tab on Grantee page: I would love to see "Grant Award Summary" and "Grant Paid Summary" be separate tabs from "Grants" OR be able to collapse them. For certain grantees this is a VERY LONG list. We use the Grants section much more often and it is a lot to scroll through. It is easier for us to find a grant when we can see the description. Thank you!

  18. When the user is on their main portal page, the "CREATE GRANT REQUEST" button appears on the upper right. Once they click on it, they're brought to a page that has three buttons (PREVIOUS GRANTEE, SEARCH GRANTEE, & MANUAL GRANTEE).

    The page is .../portal/fundadvisor/grant_request

    "CREATE GRANT REQUEST" still sits on the upper right. This button does at that point. That is, it brings the user to the same page. That button on the ".../grant_request" page should be deleted because it's confusing.

  19. Bulk Payment date edit + ability to see payment date within NEW bucket

    I would like to have a way to bulk change payment date similar to grant date, and/or see the payment date within the new screen so we can tell when a date was missing adjusting. The payment date is as important and drives a lot of the same functions that the grant date does.

  20. Please move the creation of the memo line from the Grant Payment Schedule section to the initial creation of a grant, similar to the voucher creation. It is not intuitive to have the memo line where it is now.
