Integration with Outlook
I just saw that there is now an option to log an email activity, but it would be helpful if that email could trigger an actual email form that could be linked with an application.

Can you provide more details on your use case (i.e. steps, outcomes, etc...)?

Our program staff has regularly expressed frustration over the inability to have their email communications saved automatically to the application in question. (Currently, they save the emails outside the system and then upload them to the associated application.) The ability to log an interaction would be more helpful if it could be tied to an application. Several years ago, we had a feature built out called Relationship Manager that had this ability and I'd be more than happy to demonstrate it if you would find that helpful.
