Email previews
It would be really great if the email builder/preview, allowed you to toggle between desktop and mobile views, use intuitive merge fields (as opposed to the variables), and send live test emails to specific addresses (like to yourself and/or a team member) to ensure the formatting is perfect.
The live test email would allow you to select a particular person or organization that it would pull the merge data from for the preview, without sending it to them and while allowing you to see it in your own inbox.

Adding that it would be hugely beneficial to allow you to easily preview emails in multiple languages instead of the following :
"The system will only show you a French translation if your primary language is French. In this case your primary language is English and so you are given an English preview.
If you would like to view the email in French you have to trigger the workflow to an applicant whose language is in French."
