Dinamic advanced data table: allow add/delete rows by role
In addition to the current permissions to edit the content of a table, we would like to be able to define by role who can add/delete rows in a dinamic advanced data table.
Example: field can be editable by applicant and reviewer, but only applicant could be able to add/delete rows.
