Media Library processing message
We are having a lot of Media Library processing lags and messaging with 3 dots of “We're processing your media. Check back later.” continues to confuse applicants. Many think the files have not been uploaded and are contacting us with concerns and need for clarification.
Something like "Your file has been successfully uploaded. We're processing your media for in-system viewing. Check back later or download to view.” might be more clear.

If we were to change the messaging perhaps something short to fit well inside the thumbnail. Example “Upload complete. We are processing your media.”
