Log manually sent emails in Message Queue
Currently, only emails generated through system processes (e.g. workflows) are visible in the Message Queue. Emails sent directly from an application are not logged in the Message Queue or Sent messages.
This creates inconsistency in how communication is tracked within the system.
For us (administrators), the Message Queue is an important tool to monitor and review outgoing emails. When emails sent from records are not included, it is not possible to verify whether an email has been sent correctly or to review the content.
It would be very useful if emails sent from an application could also be included in the Message Queue (or a similar central log).
This would allow us to:
- Verify that emails have been sent correctly
- Review email content
- Maintain a complete and consistent overview of all outgoing communication
