An error occurred while saving the comment Kraig Everard commentedThis would be helpful so that evaluations could be closed while they still have access to their form and the applications.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kraig Everard commentedGood suggestions here. Sometimes multiple people in the same org are creating accounts. It will be important for us to have approval from the primary contact at that org to validate the new signup person is really working there.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kraig Everard commentedI discovered the same concern. In our case, we have a committee with two advisors who don't actually complete evaluations but require access to evaluation responses, preferably in real-time. It's actually important they don't see closed evaluations connected to other processes due to other appointments. However, the additional applicant information available via the board member role is helpful. For now, I have proceeded with assigning them to the staff evaluator role and they refrain from submitting evaluations.
